Śniadanie przyzwoite, ale naprawdę niewielę trzeba, by stało sie wybitne. Słaby wybór wędlin, pomidory w ćwiartkach (siekierą chyba rąbane) dałoby sie przyrządzić samodzielnie przyzwoite sałatki (wszystkie wiktuały wyłożone nawet dla wymagających, ale brak miski i możliwości dokrojenia tego, co ciosane siekierą. Brak przypraw (oliwa, balsamico, czy cokolwiek). Najlepiej zaordynować omlet (bo najszybciej)
Beznadziejna (ale ładna) kabina prysznicowa - bateria droga, markowa, ale nie termostatyczna, nie da się uregulować temperatury, w dodatku przeciekaja drzwi i cała podłoga w łazience zachlapana

Niekompetentna obsługa na recepcji która wprowadzając mnie w błąd, że faktura zostanie wystawiona przy wymeldowaniu, a przy wymeldowaniu okazało się że automatycznie został wystawiony rachunek i nie ma możliwości wystawienia fv i jeśli potrzebuje korekty to mam poczekać na to miesiąc. Co jest niedopuszczalne, obsługa była nieuprzejma.

I’ve booked this hotel many many times and I will book it again!
The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant and backyard were really awesome. SPA was okay, but if you want to get an access to all saunas, be ready to pay extra. Overall, it was quite pleasant experience.
Es war toll das man so viele möglichkeiten hatte, wie in meinem Fall mit dem Gym, pool und sauna.
Leider war bei meiner Ankunft die Dame an der Rezeption genervt, gereizt und hat dies mir auch gezeigt als sie meinte dass ich noch bezahlen muss! Für so ein Hotel leider sehr unprofessionell, was aber der junge Mann wieder gut gemacht hat. Schade trotzdem so eine erste Ankunft und Eindruck zu haben! Würde gerne besser bewerten was aber nicht fair wäre...
