Zarezerwowałam pobyt przez booking w tym hotelu w dniu 22.08 - 23.08 pobyt ze śniadaniem został opłacony przez booking na kwotę 603,27zł, również zarezerwowałam w hotelu zabiegi w spa które na szczęście nie zostały opłacone odrazu tak jak pokój, z koleżanką planowałyśmy odbyć tam urodziny, w sobotę od rana dzwoniła do hotelu żeby potwierdzić wszystko niestety brak kontaktu nikt nie odbierał, przyjeżdżając do hotelu z koleżanką pani na recepcji cytując jej słowa „mam dla pani złą wiadomość część hotelu w którym miała pani zarezerwowany pokój ma awarię i niestety nie możemy dzisiaj przyjąć państwo w naszym hotelu ale możemy zaproponować na nasz koszt inny hotel Holiday Inn Resort” również pani mówiła że dzwoniła i pisała do mnie ale ja nie miałam żadnej informacji z hotelu nigdzie ani telefonu ani meila, zgodziłam się bo było już późno no a zostać na urodziny z walizką obok hotelu nie było by fajnym wyjściem, przyjeżdżając do innego hotelu który jest aż w Józefowie czyli pół godziny jechałam do Doubleetree i od nich jechałam jeszcze 20 minut do innego hotelu, stracona doba i czas pobytu zepsute urodziny masakra, ale to nie koniec bo przyjeżdżając do hotelu Holiday Inn Resort do którego zostałam wysłana z DoubleTree na recepcji dostałam informację że oni nic na ten temat nie wiedzą i musiałam zapłacić jeszcze raz za dobę w innym hotelu i bez śniadania, oraz powiedziano mi że jak oni wyjaśnią tę sytuację z hotelem DoubleTree to hotel DoubleTree dokona zwrotu pieniędzy za dobę u nich która się nie odbyła, również musiałam przedłużyć tam pobyt w Holiday Inn Resort żeby w dotrzeć do spa bo przez państwa hotel okazałam się w pokoju około 20:00 i wiadomo że już nic się nie dało zrobić ani odpocząć, no i wisienka na torcie pieniądze za dobę w DoubleeTree nadal nie zostały zwrócone, a dojazd z hotelu do którego zostałam przekierowana zajął mi około godziny. Już gorzej nie da się wyobrazić, chciałabym żeby jednak dokonali mi państwo zwrotu moich pieniędzy.
