Отличный отель! 🌿 Очень понравилась большая, зелёная и ухоженная территория — много растений, деревьев и красивых мест для прогулок. В отеле действительно приятно находиться и отдыхать.

Отдельно хочется отметить питание: всё очень вкусно, хороший выбор блюд, свежие продукты, всегда можно найти что-то на свой вкус. 🍽️

Сервис тоже на высоком уровне — персонал приветливый, внимательный и старается быстро решить любые вопросы. Чувствуется забота о гостях.

Остались очень хорошие впечатления от отдыха. Отличное сочетание красивой территории, вкусной еды и качественного сервиса. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ottimo cibo, con una buona varietà e una qualità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Gli show serali erano piacevoli e ben organizzati, perfetti per concludere la giornata in modo piacevole. La piscina principale, immersa in un paesaggio molto bello e curato, è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura.

Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche il prato, sempre ben tenuto, dove vivono tanti gattini adorabili, che è possibile accarezzare e, in alcuni casi, anche nutrire. Per nostra figlia è stato un vero piacere poterli incontrare ogni giorno.
Anche la spa merita visitarla e fare qualche trattamento.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti che potrebbero essere ulteriormente valorizzati, l’arredamento della camera è apparso un po’ troppo neutro e privo di personalità. Anche il kids club potrebbe offrire una proposta di attività e intrattenimento più ricca e coinvolgente, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole per i piccoli ospiti.

Delicious food, beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. We loved our stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was delicious, beautiful and welcoming. The food was tasty and varied, the hotel was lovely and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Требуется полная реновация отеля

Природа, море

Cons:

Вернулись пару дней назад со вшами у ребенка!!!
Плавал и в бассейне и в аквапарке.
Номерной фонд очень очень очень старый и грязный, полотенца и в номере и пляжные изношенные.
На территории в течение всего дня везде стоят пакеты с мусором, грязная посуда на подносах.
В ресторане ездит тележка и прямо при гостях собирают посуду и сгребают в пакет остатки еды-очень неприятно наблюдать это когда ты ешь.
Официанты не подходят сами носили себе воду, чай кофе.
Посуда как в самой дешевой столовой, так еще вся разнокалиберная.
Еда очень посредственная, спасает отдел с пастой и гриль, изобилие свежих фруктов.
Пляж грязный, бычки, мусор. Лежаки ужасно грязные, много сломаных. Пирс прогнивший, все дерево бахромится, босиком не пройти. Душ на пляже сломан.
При заселении был заблокирован сейф, в течении отдыха так никто и не пришел его открыть.
Цена абсолютно не соответствует уровню отеля.
Доверились оценке в букинге, и получили полное разочарование.

Bel hôtel, beau cadre mais pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles

Le cadre est très joli et les piscines réparties dans l’hôtel très agréables

Cons:

La propreté des chambres laissait à désirer, il a fallu se plaindre à maintes reprises pour qu’ils repassent refaire le ménage. Par ailleurs le service des restaurants payants est très loin du standard d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Enfin le Check in s’est fait de manière très laxiste, personne ne s’est vraiment intéressé à nous au delà du remplissage d’un formulaire.

Je referai sans hésiter !
Pros:

Spacieux, les clients n’ont pas l’impression de se marcher dessus. Piscines grandes, propres, toujours des transats libres à toute heure de la journée.

Genoten van ons verblijf in het natuur!
Pros:

Wij hadden een lagune kamer, heerlijk om voor je kamer te kunnen zwemmen in het zwembad. Genoeg andere zwembaden ook waar je terecht kan. Strand was dichtbij en mooi. Aquapark heel leuk! Groot zwembad in het midden waar ouders ook kunnen zwemmen terwijl de kinderen van de glijbanen afglijden. Mooie groene locatie, heerlijk!

Cons:

Kamer was een beetje aan de krappe kant.
DeLonghi zou best veel eerder open kunnen, die ging pas om 10:00 open. Ik begin de dag graag met een koffie.
