We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer and were truly impressed by the high standards and exceptional service throughout the entire resort.

A very special thank you to the amazing spa therapists, Helda and Ayu, who made our spa experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and care were outstanding.

The food was delicious and of a very high quality every day. Huge compliments to the kitchen team for the variety, freshness, and presentation. We also want to thank all the waiters and café staff who worked so hard to provide excellent service. Special thanks to Niyazi for his kindness and attention to guests.

The hotel territory is absolutely beautiful — the gardeners have created an environment that feels like a botanical garden. Everything is perfectly maintained, clean, colorful, and full of greenery. The beach area was always tidy and well organized, with plenty of available sunbeds at any time of the day. The pools were clean, spacious, and very well maintained.

Most importantly, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. It was a real pleasure to experience such a high level of hospitality and service.

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and truly high standards, this is definitely the place to stay. We would happily come back again! 🌴☀️

5⭐️ 10/10 service
Pros:

Can not fault anything, staff were always in hand, food was 10/10 all food had favour (which I quite hard to find in turkey), kids activities until 00:00 🤩, guest relations team were perfect!

Cons:

Facility was old, AC wasn’t working in our apartment, the reception staff didn’t speak English well, they have never helped us when we have asked for it, I had to come to them at least 4 times to get things I needed (like bring baby crib, blankets, etc.)

Pros:

Surrounded by amazing nature. Offers rooms with private sunbathing and direct access to pool. Very well decorated hotel, particularly we liked the patisserie so much.

Cons:

The things that we dont like are solved immediately by the customer relationship team. A huge thanks to them!
