Pros:

Príjemný a ústretový personál, pekný areál hotela, veľa bazénov a atrakcií pre deti, výborné fitness a wellnes centrum.
Doporučujeme masáže, masérky sú výborné.

Cons:

Naša izba kde sme boli ubytovaní by už potrebovala rekonštrukciu, z kúpeľne bolo cítiť výrazný zápach zo sifónov.
Jedlo bolo strednej kvality, dosť monotónne, to samé aj nápoje.

Pros:

Beautifully located, surrounded by nature, the plants are trees are giving a serene, green view in the hotel garden, very well maintained garden. The food is amazing as always in the Mediterranean area of Turkiye, fresh, full of salads, good variety of mezes /appterizers, grilled fish, meat and non- meat based foods.
Mr Cem the Guest Relations Head immediately jumped in with support when he saw one of the employees being unkind with us.
Mr Niyazi, the Restaurant Head also went to extra mile to show kindness, extra care and treat to our family.
Kids entertainment programs are nice and adult shows as well, amazing pop-up singing crew during dinner (dressed up like kitchen chefs) was of very well quality and absolutely stunning.

Cons:

The resort is focusing on Russian clientele and some of their staff is coming from the ex Sovjet Union countries. Compared to the warm, smiling and helpful Turkish staff, the russian speakers were akwardly unnice, giving an impression like the guest should be happy if they even say hello, giving an impression of being arrogant and disliking being in service of guests.
Rooms: we were in a pool suite on the ground floor, where the room is in one open space with the bathroom. It was obvious from the smell everytime as we entered the room that it smelled of mould. The shower was poorly designed, the water run onto the floor whenever the door was opened to get out.
There was no properly placed towel hook except inside the shower. The environmental friendliness is obviously on paper valid only, we kept the towels on the countertops, shower still were being replaced by the cleaning staff not speaking any other language besides russian. The littlw electric cars were running frequently on the pathes/ small streets among the houses carrying luggages of newly arriving guests, often during the night as well, whihc kept some nights noisy. The music from the entertainment area swept the whole resort with loud music until 10:30-11 pm which for families with small kids sleeping made it extremely challenging. Also, the music outside of this fact was unnecessarily loud in general, just unhealthy for the ears (incl. Minidisco, concerts, adult shows).

Kids club toys are very basic, there is definite need of more board games, books, cards etc type of things in there. Also Lego pieces are very little, needs more variety and upgrade.

The desserts are generally diappointing, and not good, except the baklava and sutlac.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Einrichtungen für Kinder (Kids-Club) sind relativ gut. Potentiell könnte es ein angenehmes 3-Sterne Hotel sein. aber...

Cons:

Es ist niemals ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Es wirkt wie eine in-die-Jahre-gekommenes 3-Sterne Anlage für Pauschaltouristen, die fast überwiegend aus den ehemaligen Sowjetrepubliken kommen. Es ist laut, zum Teil dreckig, und nicht gut gepflegt. Die Duschen sind kalt, überall liegt etwas Dreck herum, und das Essen hat Kantinen-Niveau. Ich verstehe nicht die guten Bewertungen die es hier erhält. Absolut überbewertet. Abends läuft die Disco bis 2 Uhr morgens und verdirbt den Schlaf. Tagsüber sitzen die Männer mit dicken Bäuchen vor der Bierflasche herum. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Very very bad customer service and awful communication.
Pros:

The location is very nice. Especially the vegetation and the placement of the resort.

Cons:

The employees are not paying attention to the tourists at all. Only some of them are speaking english. About the food, it all has similar taste and every day are the same types of food. The cleaning personnel is also bad while cleaning rooms. They did not clean the floor at all in 5 days. The A/C was very noisy and there was water leakages from the shower ceiling. I announced them and they only solved the noise of A/C.
We wanted to extend our stay because of the nice location and clean water. We asked 1 day before checkout while we saw they still have available rooms on booking. They postponed our discussion 3 times and asked us to come again in the morning of the checkout to extend. After all they tried to postpone the discussion again for 1 hour(it was remaining only 1 hour before checkout). In the end after many insistences they told us 2hours before checkout that they do not have available rooms and we have to free up the room. I tried to talk to a manager but they did not agree.

Awful experience, avoid them!

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood this September, truly memorable by the outstanding hospitality and personal care from the entire team.
Our dining experience was exceptional, thanks to the brilliant efforts at the restaurant. A very special note of gratitude goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Niyazi Daghan, who went above and beyond every single day to make us feel special. His warm attention to detail, impeccable service, and dedication to creating a wonderful dining atmosphere truly made a world of difference.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the main manager at reception. They handled our request for a room change with high professionalism and genuine care. Switching rooms during a stay can often be stressful, but it was resolved seamlessly and effortlessly, ensuring our complete comfort.
It is rare to find a team so much dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to returning!

Ottimo cibo, con una buona varietà e una qualità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Gli show serali erano piacevoli e ben organizzati, perfetti per concludere la giornata in modo piacevole. La piscina principale, immersa in un paesaggio molto bello e curato, è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura.

Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche il prato, sempre ben tenuto, dove vivono tanti gattini adorabili, che è possibile accarezzare e, in alcuni casi, anche nutrire. Per nostra figlia è stato un vero piacere poterli incontrare ogni giorno.
Anche la spa merita visitarla e fare qualche trattamento.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti che potrebbero essere ulteriormente valorizzati, l’arredamento della camera è apparso un po’ troppo neutro e privo di personalità. Anche il kids club potrebbe offrire una proposta di attività e intrattenimento più ricca e coinvolgente, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole per i piccoli ospiti.

Отличный отель! 🌿 Очень понравилась большая, зелёная и ухоженная территория — много растений, деревьев и красивых мест для прогулок. В отеле действительно приятно находиться и отдыхать.

Отдельно хочется отметить питание: всё очень вкусно, хороший выбор блюд, свежие продукты, всегда можно найти что-то на свой вкус. 🍽️

Сервис тоже на высоком уровне — персонал приветливый, внимательный и старается быстро решить любые вопросы. Чувствуется забота о гостях.

Остались очень хорошие впечатления от отдыха. Отличное сочетание красивой территории, вкусной еды и качественного сервиса. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
