Very friendly staff

Cons:

Dog barking in adjacent rooms at night. Room was in need of repairs. Breakfast was not available one morning as bus tour blocked usage.

General Mgr, Sangeeta Patel, is a very friendly/nice person (1st met her when I stayed last Sept)
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. I originally reserved an ADA room but probably since we were not able to arrive until 8:00ish p.m., it was probably not available and so had a regular, but comfortable room.

Pros:

The entire place smelled amazing and the staff was so nice. There was a very short woman who worked there (cant remember her name lol) and she was a sweetheart.

Cons:

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel, and there was hair in the tub. Room not thoroughly cleaned.

Uneventful, everything was OK except the room was very small
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable but the room wasn't large enough. Everything was clean though and the staff very nice. It was a nice property for the dog to walk a bit.
