El propio hotel. Si situación. Su disposición como en pequeños apartamentos. Su personal amable y siempre dispuesto a atender. Detalles como el agua, la fruta y el café gratuitos.
Tal vez , se debería mejorar el plato de ducha. Pierde agua.
Quiet hotel in the middle of santa cruz. Beautiful rooms with confi bed , shower and attention to all details . Good breakfast and kind service. Definitely a 10/10

Que no limpiaran la habitación en todos los días de la estancia
El personal muy atento, el trato de calidad, los desayunos están buenos aunque el precio me parece un pelín excesivo
La ubicación: el hotel está en lo alto de la cuidad con cuestas muy empinadas pero no es culpa de nadie es sólo un comentario.
Es una pena que la habitación esté abajo del todo aunque tenga luz hay que reconocerlo.
La amabilidad del personal , su limpieza y lo bonito de sus instalaciones.

Notre chambre était grande avec un joli balcon qui donne sur un cours intérieur magnifiquement fleuri. La literie est très confortable . L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé

Para llegar al hotel hay que subir escaleras o cuesta empinada. Hay un ascensor pero hay horas en las que está cerrado.

No outlook from the room Just a road running past the window and a wall on the other side Small television and only one BBC programme found but that is not a fault of the Hotel but something to do with the Area itself In a few places other rails would help old people like me !!! No swimming pool of course but that was understandable

Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. It was available in reception though.

Nothing is exactly nearby and to get to the hotel you always have to climb very steep roads.
