People is nice
We have enjoyed for go out to different tourist than a property.
We are not satisfied with the room. The space is much smaller than expected, and it is difficult for two people to move around. We also cannot reach the window to open it.
The bathroom has an automatic sensor light, but we do not like the bright light turning on during the night. We would prefer a manual switch to turn the light on and off.
The tap was repaired for being loose, but it is still not working properly.
The TV service is very poor. Most channels are not working, and the subtitles do not work at all. This is very disappointing.

la mia camera aveva come unica finestra una minuscola finestrella in alto questo ci ha costretti a tenere la luce perennemente accesa, zero luce naturale .

The staff was friendly and nice.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, super limpo e os funcionários super solícitos, como lá não tem elevador, eles me ajudaram a carregar a minha mala até meu quarto. A limpeza é impecável e a pessoa até pendurou minha blusa no cabide, achei muito legal.
A única ressalva é que não tem elevador no hotel, então pra quem viaja sozinha com mta mala, é complicado
