Pros:

Malgré le côté vétuste du bâtiment, l'intérieur est entièrement refait et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant, le personnel souriant. La mer est proche, le quartier tranquille. Le parking privé et fermé est un plus.

Cons:

Le parking n'est pas grand et les voitures y sont garées en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée et de départ de la clientèle. S'y faufiler en marche arrière agace un peu mais le personnel aide bien. Nous avions prévenu d'un départ vers 10:30 mais, dès 10:00 notre voiture, pourtant garée tout au fond, encore bloquée par 6 autres vers 08:30, était disponible. Bravo !

L'accueil, l'emplacement.

Cons:

Chambre "éclairée " la nuit par la lumière du couloir, car la porte n'est pas étanche a la lumière.
Chambre petite. Quand on passe au pied du lit, on se cogne dans la TV murale!!

Pros:

The rooms were good and clean. Very basic, but perfectly functional. The location was very nice as it's between the city center and Boccadasse, with a bus stations that services both locations just a minute or two away. There is a general goods store across street and some restaurants nearby. The reception staff was nice, the breakfast had limited options but it was good. We stayed here during our week long train trip through several countries, and the experience here matched the other hotels at this same price point.

Cons:

The breakfast staff didn't speak english, but this wasn't a huge issue for us since our only communication with her was whether we wanted coffee or not. The elevator was tiny and old so we mostly avoided it, which was fine since we were not high up.
