Great place for a city stay.
Pros:

I liked the location, the room was great - very clean, spacious, quiet. The staff were lovely, very professional and helpful. And breakfast was great!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Cons:

It was not very clean, parking was an extra $50 per night. Room was tiny with double bed that was wall to wall. Couch had stains and rubbish was left.

Always a great stay
Pros:

We have stayed at WRAP many many times and each time we enjoy our stay, the comfort and view are always perfect. The staff are helpful and kind . The rooms are always neat and tidy and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators took a long time this stay not sure if tjere was some technical issues.

Just what the doctor ordered.
Pros:

Located within walking distance of everything we needed. We got our exercise whilst away on vacation. Husband used the gym and sauna (declined the pool... something about winter being cold) and found the facilities fantastic.

Cons:

Some people may not like the layout of the bedroom, but we loved it as we aren't tall. Had a slight difference of opinion with the washing machine, but worked it out in the end.

Has seen better days - relatively cheap and convenient.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times over the last couple of years and have been pleased with the upgrades that have been offered to us upon our return, but due to the change of ownership to Oaks, the in-room facilities and level of cleanliness has declined. There is no longer a coffee maker in the room and I asked if one could be provided as in the past this was always a nice welcome, along with the coffee pods.
They did find one for us, but it did seem reluctantly as I was told they don't provide them anymore.
I also felt that the room was not as clean as in the past. Thick dust sat along the skirtings and on the top of the doors.
The bed remains very comfortable and the linen spotlessly clean, if not a bit tired. The room is silent and private and great blackout blinds, although they are in desperate need of replacing due to wear.
It is such a shame to see the quality decrease it this was our favourite place to stay in Melbourne as the location is so convenient.

Cons:

Comfortable beds, quiet room so could sleep in late, such a central location in Melbourne.

Big rooms,comfortable beds.
Easy pick up out side lane for taxi and Uber

No hairdryer in the apartment
No phone in apartment to call reception,had to keep going down to ask for things,copy order room service from room.
Shower leaked.
Lifts are terrible,seems very old and unreliable.

Location was excellent for our plans.

Cons:

Air con / heating, difficult to manage, no sharp knife in the kitchen, no washing cloths / chux, one pkt of liquid detergent, one of dish washing detergent, no tea towels, had to ask for these things, they were delivered thanks to Monica, on the front desk, who was excellent. But you shouldn’t have to ask. The beds had to be pulled apart to pull the sheets and doona up to cover you. The lifts took forever, some people waited in the morning for 20 minutes.
