Great stay
Pros:

Great location. Nearby restaurants and conveniently close to supermarkets and stores. Staff were hospitable and responsive. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the music they played in the lobby area.

Pretty nice.
Pros:

Staff were lovely. It was super close to the National Gallery which was where my tour started early in the morning, so let me get a bit of extra sleep.

Pros:

The location was incredibly convenient. Having someone on the front desk at all times was really handly for a late check in! There is also a cafe/restaurant downstairs. The staff there were wonderful.

Cons:

The downside was definitely the cleanliness of the rooms and bedding.

Great location. Generally comfortable - needs some maintenance

Layout of studio room very odd. Bathroom maintenance needed - door didn’t close properly and shower leaked. No electric jug available (rectified quickly)

Overall was a beautiful stay. Lovely staff.
Pros:

The view, the bed was very comfortable. Good shampoo and conditioner and coffee machine was great

Cons:

The step to go out onto the balcony needed a painted yellow line so you can see it so you don’t trip over. And the balcony windows were dirty so couldn’t really see through them.
