Pros:

It was a wonderful place to Stacey with very family friendly rooms. Our two little children were accommodated exceptionally well by the staff and had an amazing time swimming in the beautiful pool. Thank you for all the little extras

Great location, great room for the price. Staff could be a bit more professional at check ins.
Pros:

Great location and we were upgraded.

Cons:

The staff were kind of rude and kept whispering to each other when we were checking in and laughing. Made us a bit uncomfortable as we had just got stuck in the rain and really wanted to get to the room.

Pros:

Usually, I get a nice room with all the facilities, better than a hotel room.

Cons:

On this visit, I got a room where the bed essentially took up the entire space. Ridiculously small room.

Friendly and clean, easy access to all of southbank and melbourne CBD.
Pros:

Location of Hotel was great, close to restaurants and the event we were in Melbourne for.
Room was great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When we viewed the facilities, the image of the bathroom indicated a bath tub. My wife was disappointed when entering the room to find no bath tub.

Comfortable, convenient and all I needed for a 3 night stay.
Pros:

Great location with parking onsite. Comfortable bed and everything I needed for the 3 night stay. The in house restaurant and room service provided a great menu. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I’ll be back.

Cons:

No movie channels, not options like Netflix. Only had foxtel which only offered sports channels. Over charges for parking.
