Pros:

Staff Behavior except receptionists

Cons:

Rooms are not maintained in terms of cleanliness and poor maintenance of fridge, AC, furniture. Better to make the entire setup ready repaired, upgraded and welcome the guests

Staff is non responsive. I'm following up for gst invoice for my stay n there has been no response.
Had requested for pick up for my ages parents n was not done. Serious lapses in communication.
My dad could not climb step for using washroom. This was not stated anywhere while booking.
Place stinks and doesn't give fresh feeling despite good ambience.
Breakfast was so so taste wise. Has good variety.
Air conditioner in room was showing 22 deg cel but it was hot. Something categorically wrong.
