Stay and have fun
Pros:

The hostel is outside the area I have been in before, but it was great. The place is secluded, with the river running behind it. The hostel opens up at night for locals, and it was great fun. It also has a beautiful quietness to the place. The dorm was nice and comfy.

Cons:

Maybe more fruit options at breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel had an old feel to it, which was kind of cool i guess. I did not get to visit the sauna so I have no idea what that was like. Overall stay was okay. May have been better or worse if I got to go to the sauna. .

Cons:

I didn't like that the rooms had no noise cancellation. I could always hear stuff happening in other rooms. Also the front desk person wasn't all that polite. He wasn't mean or anything, just didn't have the usual politeness that usually comes from Thai people.

Fun! I’ll be back
Pros:

A traditional building which is well maintained with brilliant friendly staff and great spa and sauna facilities for gay men to enjoy.

Cons:

Nothing to report. This place should be treasured by the gay community and any negatives should not over shadow its contribution to chiang mais LGBT scene

Lacked the gay community feel I hoped for. Would probably just stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The room was large and full of character. Air con worked well. Comfy four-poster bed (although a bit short for me at 188cm).

Cons:

The building has zero soundproofing - you can hear absolutely everything. It’s quite far from the main area you want to spend time. I hoped there would be a bit of a gay community feel about the property - but there wasn’t interaction between any guests.

The room was not matching the pics
Cons:

I find it very serious that the photos presented by the property do not match the room we received. Legally, this is fraud. Fortunately, the staff is friendly and the sauna is nice. The room is really ugly and has a bad smell, especially in the bathroom.

Pros:

Não gostei O foco do local não é a hospedagem é o espaço tipo sauna que tem junto.

Cons:

A cama do dormitório é horrivel, os banheiros não são bons, o quarto é mofado e não tem ventilação. A toalha qu eles dão para uso é minuscula, como uma tolha para rosto ou sauna. Eu reservei 2 dias e não aguentei ficar mais que uma noite. O espaço da sauna e piscina tbm é ruim.
