Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Its not plush but it does what it needs to.
Comfy bed.

Das Personal war recht freundlich.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer stank nach einer Zigarette. Dieses wurde direkt nach der Ankunft reklamiert und getauscht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig. Beim Fenster öffnen musste man Angst haben das es aus dem Rahmen fällt.

Bezüglich der Lage des Hotels hätte ich selber vorher besser schauen müssen wo das Hotel liegt.

It was the cheapest
But it’s then in the sketchiest place
Don’t take your family here
Only losers, drug addicts, and homeless people stay in this hotel and the surrounding streets

Cons:

Very cheap and dirty for what it charges
But it might be a reasonable for prices in Vancouver
I would say spend $100 more and stay somewhere reasonable

its old and smells weird af in there. dirty room - lint and debris in my sheets, crushed beer can behind my bed. kind of a mid area of town. just pay the exrta 50 for a nicer place
