Terrible didn't feel safe at all

Rooms had black mold,bugs, elevator was broken when website says it has one, pool was closed first 2 days was dirty and gross. Prostitutes and drug deals going on in back parking by our room, Even had a fun pulled on me. Was told couldn't cancel and get refunded. Housekeeping knocking on door with do not disturb on it at 8am. Definitely didn't sleep well, didn't feel safe had to stop at laundry mat and wash clothes because of bedbugs in room. Went to celebrate anniversary and just felt lucky to still be alive
