Horrible experience
Pros:

The location was easy to get to. That is the only thing worthwhile about the location.

Cons:

I have multiple complaints. I arrived in the evening just before 10 pm with my 2 children. Upon arrival, I checked in with a gentleman who may have been from India. He confirmed that I was getting a non-smoking room. I got my room keys and we began bringing our luggage to the room. As soon as we stepped into the room, there was a heavy smell of smoke in the room. I let my kids bring a few things into the room and we used the restroom. After this (approx 15 minutes), I went downstairs to the office to request another room. A different guy was in the office (African-American). He was checking in 3 guys at the time and seemed very busy. Being so late and not wanting to leave my children for so long, I decided to come back and deal with this a little late after getting something to eat. The motel did not seem full and I didn't want to make a scene in front of the other people. We came back to the motel after an hour and I brought my kids inside the office while I asked about getting another room.

The agent (African-American) began to berate me for taking so long to come ask for another room. I told him that he wasn't there when I checked in and he began to say that he had been there for three hours and it was too late to ask for another room now. I explained that I had the room for far less time than 3 hours and that I had left to get something for my kids to eat since he was busy. He looked up the time of my check-in and saw that I was correct, but still insisted that it had been 3 hours. I explained that I had a non-smoking room and it smelled like a smoking room where people had just recently smoked in the room. He didn't care. My daughter didn't want me to get into an argument and asked that I let it go because it was only a 1 night stay. I left very angry but decided then that I'd deal with it later. She was right. It was only 1 night. We had a long trip to Cincinnati ahead.

Manager and staff are rude. Cleaning lady is the worst staff attitude in all motel 6 chains i have stayed at. Bed don't fit frame. Rooms smelled like wey dogs. Hándicap rooms lives in by staff, even thought they can still be booked. There are much better hotels at or below this Price i'm Little Rock, but tristes Motel 6 establishment.

It could be little more guest oriented while check-in but i love the cleanness of the property. Love the staff and comfort. Value for money. 10 out of 10. Room had everything you need, parking was easy. Breakfast was there.

Cons:

Cleanness and location was great. For the money paid, we got a normal breakfast. There was equipments you need. I travel alot and this was really above and beyond expectation. I loved it. and Thanks to all staff
