Important information:

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.

Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.

All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available. Pet Fee Per Pet Per Night: 36 GBPGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Mycket nöjd med boendet, blev inte besviken.
Pros:

Läget är bra med gångavstånd till London eye och nära till Themsen. Frukosten hade nått för alla, både vuxna och barn. Fanns något att äta till veganer, glutenintoleranta och mjölkallergier. Fanns schampo, balsam, bodylotion och kroppstvål i badrummet, som luktade okej och fungerade bra. Bra ventilation.

Cons:

Inga problem för oss men tåget och flyg hördes ibland.

A geat London hotel. Well priced, good location and good amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The location to Vauxhall tube and iverground was very good.

Ein schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage.
Pros:

Es war gut gelegen und wir waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht, aber das Bett war nur 1,60 breit. Das ist für zwei Erwachsene doch etwas begrenzt.

Lovely hotel, staff and facilities! Tv in 309 needed looking at.
Pros:

The property was in a lovely location? Very community based next to a nice park and pub

Cons:

Unfortunately the tv in the room did not work and the walls were very thin, we could hear next doors alarm going off at 6am

A nice surprise in London
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this IHG hotel! From the moment we arrived until our departure everything was faultless. The quality and cleanliness of the room was appreciated. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location is convenient to transport and central london!
