Pros:

La location, sul mare, Tirrenia ha una bella spiaggia.

Cons:

Struttura bella, ma datata e poca manutenzione, divanoletto improponibile. Gestita con mentalità retrograda, non ci sono nella struttura punti di raccolta differenziata né indifferenziata l'ospite deve recarsi sulla strada alla ricerca di raccoglitori comunali distanti. La reception è aperta poche ore. Nin ci sono punti di ricarica per macchina elettrica nella struttura... e solo tre colonnine in tutta Tirrenia, una delle quali non funzionante, dopo avere viaggiato per tutta Europa, sembra di essere al terzo mondo.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Appartement ist sehr schön, aber es dauerte mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis die Platten des Herdes heiß wurden, so dass man nie richtig kochen konnte.

Nære strand, lett å komme seg til Pisa med buss, hyggelige restauranter i området

Cons:

Vi klarte å knekke nøkkelen i låsen da vi kom frem, og hadde det ikke vært for gode naboer hadde vi ikke hatt noe sted å sove den første natten. Ikke veldig service innstillt personalet. Vi visste at bassenget var stengt, men litt nedtur at også strandstolene var fjernet fra privat stranda

Nice apartment but very old.
Pros:

Nice Beach incl. umbrella and loungers. Good Infrastructure (several restaurants very close to, small pool, close to all cities in Tuscany and around - Pisa / Livorno very close, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Cinque Terre approx. 1 hour far).

Cons:

Shower was bad. Not enough space for clothes. Opening time of the reception very short. Separate organization of Continental Hotel and Continental Resort (but nice support by the Hotel team, even they are not responsible - thanks a lot again). A renovation would be great.
