Went down to breakfast around 8:30 and the only items available were waffles, toast, bagels and muffins. The person at the desk was responsible for the breakfast area. He didn’t seem to be checking u til people starting complaining there were no eggs or sausage. The trays had been empty for awhile. There were no napkins in the location.
My shower had little water pressure and the water didn’t drain well. I stood in water my whole shower and it was slow to drain after I got out.

The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable.
The Kurig coffee machine was too high on a shelf, I had to move it down to fill the water. Kind of awkward.
The pillows were nice.
No hot water. No breakfast was available even though the signage stated breakfast 6 to 9am.
Our room smelled of dog urine. There was missing light bulbs throughout the room. The room was not clean, you could see debris on the floor. The shower was visibly dirty. There was no trash liners in our trash cans. Our stay was for two nights the trash can in the laundry room was full and not emptied the entire time we were there.

Bed was half way decent, was clean but not real clean.
The smell as you walk in the lobby grossed me out, was never able to pin point what it was but I tried to hold my breath from the elevator to the front door. There was a continental breakfast, decent variety, dehydrated bag eggs were horrible. Shower would not drain, open the drain cover and pulled out a massive hair glob and grossness. Got it late around 10pm showered went to bed, went out the next day came back in around 5. Room was not cleaned, same trash, no new towels, beds not made. No room service. Thinking maybe they were behind left for a few hours got back at 8 still no service. Had to reuse towels, ran out of Toilet paper and had to go get more the next morning. Check out is at 11am made trip down with bags to load up a little after 10, go back up to the room for one more go through and keys didnt work. Left the keys on the front desk and left. Definately did not live up to the reviews on booking.com maybe there was a management change or something but i swear i wasnt at the hotel i read about and booked! Best of luck! Spend the extra $20 get another place!
Didn’t have breakfast
The room has a mildew smell. The remote for the tv didn’t work well. The ac didn’t work well. The bed was hard. I do like that the sink was outside of the bathroom.
Was clean, convenient and affordable
AC did not work well at all. The room was musty and wet smelling like a spoiled towel. The walk in shower was curb less and had no stop for the water which flowed out of the shower into the bathroom and hallway. Breakfast bar both coffee pots were out of service.
We did not wake up in time for breakfast.

The main front desk staff was kind enough to call and double check my arrival as I drove in late ,close to midnight. This was a great outreach and the first I experienced which was a Great customer service. The cleanliness was eh and the bed would pop and make noise when shifting around, but other than that the stay was short but needed.
The beds made noise when rolling from one side to the other and took a minute to get comfortable.

The rooms were rundown. Caulking around the tubs were stained rust in the corners. Exterior was nice.
Parking, staff helpful, quiet, comfortable room, good travel value.
