Pros:

The Staff members, Valentina; Tyson; Ana Victoria and not to mention the great cook and the all around Estela with her two helpers serving during breakfast time, gives you the sensation that you are welcome and at home with friends. Their attentiveness and smiles ☺ is a plus for the AW Hotel Sport and I booked an additional 2 nights stayed for medical reasons directly with the AW Hotel Sport..

Pros:

Me parece de muy mal gusto que cancelen unilateral mente la reservacion sin motivo alguno, no una vez, dos veces, porque hace un año hicieron exactamente lo mismo.
Las reservaciones las hice en ambas ocasiones con más de 90 días de anticipación y ellos cancelan 10 a 12 días antes sin ninguna vergüenza.

La atención al momento del desayuno pues un dia nos dijeron que habia una opcion de desayuno que era eso o eso y después nos dimos cuenta que lo que nos dieron a nosotros fue diferente a la del resto de las personas que también fueron a desayunar

La ubicación fue buena para el objetivo de mí viaje.

Cons:

El estado en general del hotel se vé descuidado. Está limpio, pero no es agradable. Cuando se abrió la puerta del ascensor me recibió una cucaracha enorme.
