O hotel não possui estacionamento e o acesso por Uber é complicado, pois o carro não consegue chegar à rua do hotel, sendo necessário caminhar por um beco com aparência pouco segura.

A guarda de bagagens é cobrada à parte: R$ 10 por mala, tanto para quem chega antes do check-in quanto para quem precisa deixar as malas após o check-out.

O café da manhã é bastante simples e de baixa qualidade, com suco em pó muito diluído. O atendimento na recepção também deixou a desejar, sendo pouco cordial e insatisfatório.
