Great position, great facilities and great staff
Pros:

Close to everything we needed. Lots of food venues. Bus nearby to get to football. The Rose hotel is fantastic.

Room stay was very brief as we were attending a wedding so not in the room other than to sleep.
Pros:

We left our own pillows behind (always travel locally with them) We emailed them and they were back to us quickly and held them for a friend to collect.

Cons:

If I am being fussy steep stairs up to the room which were a bit of a challenge in the windy weather but by no means a major concern.
There was good anti slip treads in place.

A good find in the town of Bunbury
Pros:

Motel accommodation was very good.
Attached to Rose Hotel made easy to enjoy meal in the evening. Excellent food. Car park too which was good.
