The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the city near loads of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The hotel reception is manned 24 hours a day and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was in a small double room, which which was actually quite a decent size and I liked the quirky decoration in my room. For the facilities the shower was on the small side, but was ok, the air conditioning worked quite well, the wifi was good. There was a television and a safe, neither of which I used during my stay.
It is a quite an expensive hotel for what you get. Although I liked the way the room was decorated there was a lack of storage - there was just a wardrobe with a hanging rail and no shelves - it would have been possible to furnish the room in a way that was more functional. Also it wasn't completely clean - I took the duvet out of the cover because I was hot at night, and it was stained - it should have been cleaned before my stay. One other thing if you don't like using elevators (and personally I avoid them where possible) the stairs are very steep and not suitable for an older person.
I loved everything! From the always welcoming staff, to the comfy bed, the nicely decorated rooms, the Mother Goose touching details, the fragrance of the soap - and wonderful tea selection in my room!

Excellent central location. Good sized rooms, comfy bed and excellent facilities and staff. Really liked the connecting door too so the 4 of us felt like we were altogether.
The shower opening directly into the bedroom was a bit awkward for friends sharing a room.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen zelfs een upgrade! Heerlijk verblijf gehad, en het room ook heerlijk op de kamer bij binnenkomst. We keken uit op de domtoren en geen last gehad van de klokken. Het was fijn om hier te verblijven!

No fresh air in our room. Windows could not open.
This hotel is perfect. The staff, the location, the rooms - it's so cosy and welcoming - you feel like you're staying in a beautiful nest. If I could live in it, I would.
