Nice comfortable stay good location.
Pros:

Room great. Good shower.
Breakfast very good

Cons:

Was undergoing some refurbishment, which will make it better in future.
Did mean the restaurant was closed for us though.

It was clean and presentable

Cons:

The room had poor ventilation as the windows didn’t open wide enough. The sound proofing was poor as every time someone shut a door, it resonated through the room.

Pros:

Staff lovely when arriving at the property, Tv worked and could watch Netflix, ITV ect.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed due to a party that was going on.
Bed was the worse bed I slept in. So hard, so uncomfortable.
Breakfast was absolutely burnt, bacon was rock hard and everything else tasted stale.
Definitely needs to be upgraded.
Literally seen 4 people who were staying there and one couple was asking for a refund of the morning of check out.
It definitely needs TLC and a make over.
Workers on front of building using spray cans to spray the windows, the smell was so strong.

Great price for a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were fantastic right from enquiries on the phone, to email communications and during our stay.

Great location. The rooms are basic but it’s a budget hotel and it was spotless. The staff were also fab which makes all the difference.

Fitted our needs perfectly.
Pros:

Ample choice breakfast and had personal request fulfilled. Recommended a nearby eaterie for dinner which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.
