Pros:

Aside the friendlies of staff, the cleanliness around the inside of the hotel and the room i stayed was really good. For this I will give 100% rating for room and bathroom cleanliness.

Cons:

The building, facilities and decorating looks tired and outdated compare to pictures online for advertisement. No bedside eletric sockets, all sockets on the wall other end off the room.

Excellent value, good nights sleep, excellent staff, very good breakfast.
Pros:

Good location. Obviously a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Bedroom excellent size. Bathroom excellent with large bath. Very quiet overnight. Breakfast very good with excellent choice and good quality produce.

Pros:

It is just a great hotel.Excellent,friendly staff.Rooms are always clean and tidy,And the buffet breakfast is a must.
Plenty of parking.The hotel is conveniently placed for travelling around Greater Manchester,with a bus stop for the iconic 192 just over the road.

Good hotel on the whole
Pros:

Friendly welcome
Nice room.
Lovely bath
Heater in room
Very quick to bting towels
Bed very comfortable. Slept well.
Good breakfast selection

Cons:

Room very cold Radiator never came on. only one plug so could not charge phone and also use the heater
Shower awkward to use. Could not detach to use for just hair washing

A fairly pleasant stay
Pros:

Good position for us. Clean room. Pleasant staff. Excellent response to my query about noise from refurbishment and function.

Cons:
