Buenas instalaciones con pésimo, mantenimiento y limpieza.

Cons:

Nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación con balcón y vistas porque había una gran cucaracha en la habitación y la que nos dieron tenía mucho polvo y las toallas tenían agujeros y no tenía balcón ni vistas. El desayuno muy pobre

Tolles Hotel in der Stadtmauer, wir waren 2017 schon dort und waren von der Lage begeistert.
Sehr zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Super Frühstück im Garten möglich.

Die Lage war für mein Vorhaben perfekt gewesen, tolle Unterkunft mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre. Der schöne Innenhof und der Pool runden das ganze wundervoll ab. Der Ort ist kaum bis wenig auf Tourismus ausgelegt, was ich gut fand da man einen "echten" Eindruck erhalten konnte und das ganze nur unweit (ca. 15 km) bis zur spanischen Grenze.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer in den Innenbereich des Hotels, was für "offene" Fenster nicht optimal gewesen ist. Wiederum konnte ich bei meinen Aufenthalt einen wundervollen Chor erleben, welchen ich sonst so vllt. nie wahrgenommen hätte. Das Frühstück war eine große Überraschung für mich, am Ende nur zweckmäßig aber nicht hervorzuheben. Der Ort leider in der Ortsmitte der Festungsanlage leider recht verschmutzt, was mit mehr Tourismus sicher anders wäre, aber dieser ist so wohl nicht gewünscht.

Muy buena ubicación y personal amable, con aspectos a mejorar.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés y rodeada de muy buenos restaurantes. Esto permitió desplazarnos cómodamente a pie durante toda la estancia. También destaco la amabilidad del personal, que siempre fue atento y cordial. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado y resultó cómoda para una estancia de dos noches.

Cons:

En la habitación había solo una taza de café y un vaso de vidrio para dos personas (también había dos tazas de té). El minibar estaba vacío, sin ninguna botella de agua de cortesía, y los amenities del baño eran muy limitados. Además, el aire acondicionado era bastante ruidoso. No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno porque el precio nos pareció elevado.

O pequeno almoço é uma desgraça.
Três máquinas de café e duas avariadas e uma a funcionar mal. A torradeira avariada. Os sumos de má qualidade.
