Great staff nice hotel But NO Airport Shuttle.
Pros:

Nice large high ceiling room. Friendly staff. Decent but not amazing free breakfast. They text you personally and ask what they can do very nice too notch.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit old. No charging or outlets on one side of bed.. Old style a/c unit which is a bit loud. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE even though the listing says it does. Neighborhood is so so.

Comfortable and convenient!!!
Pros:

The parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced!!! The breakfast was also really good. Regular or berry pancakes, eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, coffee, and more!!!

Needed a quick nap between 2 trips without much time between the two. This was perfect!
Pros:

Clean location and the service was very friendly! Way above and beyond expectations. Excellent job.

Cons:

I didn't have high hopes for this location being in a very large city and the typically questionable hotels by the airport. There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would have liked a shuttle to and from the airport.

Cons:

Room: There should be a way to indicate that maintenance is required without having to talk to the front desk (as if it was a complaint rather than a informational). The bathroom door lock didn't work.
