Okey overall
Pros:

Breakfast is enough

Cons:

Stuff is forget to charge park and at check out says that they forget that its free. After a while they charged us for that. So we have to take the receipt another day

Decent stay overall, but the security incident during checkout was concerning.

Cons:

While we were checking out, there was an unidentified person at the entrance who appeared to make even the reception staff uncomfortable. The receptionists asked him not to enter the property, but he continued to remain at the entrance and repeatedly attempted to enter the building.

It was quite concerning and scary, especially as we were checking out and had to use the same entrance to exit the building. At the time, there was no male staff available to assist, and the female receptionists were left to manage the situation themselves while also appearing frightened.

Management should look into situations like this and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff and to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
