Pros:

In the centre, noise cancellation was great, windows had additional covering to eliminate as much noise as possible. You could still hear it as our room was facing busy street but it was really no problem. Comfy bed in the room. The room was very clean, with a view of the busy street, and it was very close to restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. Water pressure very good, everything anyone would need in the room and bathroom, comfy slippers, WiFi connection great as well. The staff is really great. We went there after my boyfriend proposed, so they prepared a room with free wine and decorations, two towel swans, congrats from the hotel, and heart-shaped balloons. Really did not expect anything! Really lovely gesture! So, so nice! We could leave luggage and go explore, as our room was being prepared because we were early for the check-in, but with no problem, our bags were safely transported to our room. Very good breakfast, freshly baked goods, not too many options but solid options :) I would recommend! :)

Great hotel to experience Rome, but don't expect resort amenities. I would stay again.
Pros:

Great location and most sites were within a 15-20 minute walk. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Bathroom felt very clean as well. Air condition was great. Even though we were in a very touristy area, it was very quiet and blackout shades were great. Breakfast had a good variety.

Cons:

This hotel is great if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable room in the center of the historic area. It's a good starting point and home base for your trip in Rome. However, there are very few amenities. There is one extremely small elevator that can fit 2 adults at best. There is no gym, spa, on-site restaurant (only breakfast), concierge, or room service.

الغرف نظيفه عند اغلاقك شباك الغرفه لن تسمع ضجيج الشارع بتاتا شبابيك خاصه لعزل الضجيج كل شيء رائع

Pros:

Location of room was great. Breakfast was awesome. We were very impressed the hotel and location, would definitely stay with you again! The staff was great, especially in the dinning room and at brekfeast.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Keep up the good work. The only thing you could not do for us was better weather.

Pros:

Great staff. Newly redone. Very clean. Easy walking to major attractions. Beautiful, simple breakfast. Very small boutique hotel. Would welcome another stay at Relais Trevi .

Cons:

There is one very small elevator. However, the stairs are a safe, healthy option and the elevator was always available.

Incredible!
Pros:

We loved everything. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is amazing. The room was nice, clean, with a balcony. The receptionists are amazing and very helpful :) We had great time here and we´ll definitely return. I loved breakfast on the rooftop terrace :) The staff in the bar is also amazing. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Great boutique hotel
Pros:

The location excellent within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Metro and major sightseeing. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast basic but good quality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I can recommend staying there.

Cons:

The lift is very small, can accommodate 2 people.and in good working condition.

Pleas warn people about the tiny lift.
Pros:

Nicely finished room and great central location. Very good help to find an alternative room in sister hotel for some of our stay.

The tiny lift. Narrow steep stairs made a fourth floor room difficult.
