Friendly, clean and welcoming
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights, 18th & 19th July 2026. Lovely hotel, excellent staff, so friendly. Fantastic location for seeing the sights. Rooms were clean & spacious. Air con was a lifesaver. Breakfast was lovely. Never heard any noise from street below. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back.

Lo staff, specialmente Luna e Lucia sono molto client-oriented . Vorrei incontrarne più spesso così!
Posizione eccezionale, veranda e terrazzo comuni splendidi.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel near the Trevi fountain. The area is very busy but inside the hotel is like a little oasis. Room was a good size and very clean. Great restaurants nearby. And well located for everything. Breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely go back.

Pros:

The room was perfect, always very well kept, and having three beds was a bonus for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and everybody in the restaurant was so attentive. Importantly the air conditioner was top notch which was key after being out all day.

Pros:

We stayed for only one night, we were very pleased with the complimentary room upgrade and the excellent attention provided by the hotel staff.
Hotel is located no more than a two-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. And also very easy to reach directly by taxi from Termini Station.
Relais Trevi have become one of my preferred places to stay in Rome, and I would gladly choose it again if rooms are available on my future visits.

Mi esposo y yo coincidimos en que lo mejor del hotel es su personal, desde el joven que te ayuda con las maletas, la srta. Y el joven que te sirve en el desayuno en especial Benjamin muestra una honesta preocupación por tu bienestar y satisfacción, y el personal de recepción pendiente de ti, con una linda sonrisa siempre.... en verdad que es increíble conocer personas como ellos....

Relais Trevi is an exceptionally well-located hotel that has been fully renovated to a high standard. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were remarkably spacious and comfortable.
