Staff were friendly and helpful and it was close to the airport and car rental premises.

Cons:

Upper management refused to allow a booking amendment even after booking.com had agreed to allow it and robbed us of an additional $150.00 to re book . Left a fairly bitter taste . Great stuff booking.com you tried , thank you . Very poor and unreasonable by hotel Managment .

wonderful stay!!
Pros:

THe fact that the hotel was attached to the Royal Children Hospital where my grand daughter was having spinal surgery was a bonus. I was able to park right infront of the lifts in the basement which made it super easy

Cons:

Everything was perfect!!

Average - will try another place next time.
Pros:

Close to airport. Free parking.
Multiple eating options across the road. We went to Velvet Bar for breakfast the next morning - delicious food and friendly staff as bistro closed on Monday morning.
Free wifi.
Comfy bed.
Photos of foyer do not match real life?!!!

Cons:

Black mould on the shower ceiling where the cornice met the window edge. A little concerning!
Split system did not work properly. Didn't heat and kept turning itself off, even though the timer was disabled.
Noisy. We arrived in the afternoon to find an Elvis Impersonator upstairs. We asked if there were any other rooms to avoid the noise and were told they were fully booked.

Pros:

The bed was super comfy, staff were so friendly, check in and out was easy, room was clean.

Cons:

Everything was great except there was not hot water for a shower on the second night. It was great the night before but it was luke warm and so I was freezing but overall it was a nice stay.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The property was as expected for the price. Good location. Small, but clean room.

Cons:

The noise from the function room upstairs was unbearable. We had to listen to extremely loud music and stomping till 11.30pm. Not ideal when travelling with a minor. I would of appreciated being notified on arrival that we were going to have to put up with loud music all night.
