Overall, it was a very comfortable place tp stay
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and open the room felt. There was a nice view of the city, especially after dark when all the lights came on. The bed was soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a full night's rest. I also liked having enough space to unwind without feeling cramped.

Pros:

A big thank you to Jasmine, Jonny and Nga for being so helpful to our group. We booked a day trip to Ninh Binh at reception and were very happy with the experience. The guide was wonderful and made the tour memorable. Another thing worth mentioning is the breakfast pho, which was absolutely delicious and a great start to the day.

Pros:

Everyone was polite, cheerful, and willing to help whenever we needed anything. They handled our requests with care and always made time to answer our questions. Even small interactions, such as being greeted with a smile or receiving help when we needed it, made the stay more enjoyable. It was clear that the team cared about giving guests a good experience. Their professional yet friendly approach left a positive impression on me, and I really appreciated the effort they put into looking after us.
