Notre arrivée tard dans la nuit a été prise en charge avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. L'enregistrement a été rapide, fluide et efficace, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. La chambre était lumineuse, spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable et disposait de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Chaque matin, nous avons apprécié un petit-déjeuner frais, savoureux et suffisamment varié pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Du début à la fin de notre séjour, tout était parfaitement organisé, ce qui a rendu notre expérience particulièrement agréable.

I was very impressed by how much this hotel offers for the price. Its central location made sightseeing incredibly easy, with Hoan Kiem Lake, the Night Market, and many popular landmarks all within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of great food options and lively streets to explore. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived and always provided service with a genuine smile. Everything about the experience felt smooth, comfortable, and good value for money.

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I had during my trip. The room was immaculately clean, well maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, which I really appreciated after spending the day exploring the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Their exceptional hospitality transformed a great hotel into in truly memorable place to stay.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant streets and cultural attractions. The room was stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, whether we were in the mood for traditional Vietnamese food or a more familiar Western breakfast. One thing we particularly appreciated was the helpful reception team, who arranged our airport transfer quickly and professionally. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire trip much more enjoyable.

The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were always smiling and willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night.

Staff were warm, accommodating and ready to assist with questions and requests whenever possible.Location is strategic, accessible for your pick up and drop off. The family room we got is spacious even though it's summer we were comfortable.They even waited for us to make it to our flight before clearing our room cause we have mentioned we are on standby.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Its location was very central to all Hanoi major attractions and the sidestreet shopping areas. Buffet Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

I really enjoyed this hotel, everything, the location, the wonderful, helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was good. But I want to point out what I really liked about this place was the workers that make possible us travelers have a good time, and dont know how much I can thank both Lin and David from the front desk, they were very helpful and sweet to us. People like them make us always want to go back.
