Golden Sun Hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast each day. Although it wasn't an enormous buffet, there was a good variety of choices and everything was freshly prepared. We appreciated being able to enjoy different dishes throughout our stay without feeling repetitive. It was the perfect way to begin each morning before a full day of sightseeing.

The people working here made a lasting impression on us. Every staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and genuinely happy to help. Their friendliness never felt rehearsed—it came naturally, making every conversation enjoyable. Thanks to their hospitality, the hotel felt welcoming from the very first day until the moment we left.

Our flight arrived much earlier than check-in time, but the staff made everything easy by safely storing our luggage. Thanks to their help, we were able to spend the day exploring instead of waiting around. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and well looked after.

The room may not have been the biggest, but it was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Everything was perfectly organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. All the equipment functioned properly, and the housekeeping staff paid great attention to detail by cleaning thoroughly and replacing everything needed every single day.

Good location, clean

Whenever we had questions about getting around or finding somewhere good to eat, they were always ready with helpful suggestions. They arranged transportation quickly and recommended several fantastic restaurants that became some of our favorite dining experiences in Hanoi. Their outstanding service made traveling around the city completely stress-free.

The room was filled with natural light, beautifully maintained, and always spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. What made the biggest difference, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel comfortable. Thanks to their hospitality, we left with wonderful memories and would gladly return in the future.
