Inn on the Beach

The property was great. Clean & very comfortable and the bonus is… it’s right across the road from the ocean!
They provided everything you need for a day at the beach. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, cooler. It was amazing!

Wonderful staff. Incredibly well-appointed rooms and beach accessories. Ease of communication regarding needs, check in and check out. Excellent location. Great vibe.

Great location, the beach was right across the street and a nice Restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly. and it was clean and comfortable.

This (2026) was out third year here. We've stayed in a different room each time and all have incredible. The inclusion of beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers and ice is a HUGE plus.

We loved the property, we were in the unit in the back of the main property with its own private parking. It was like a mini apartment, very private and intimate. The location was perfect, as it’s right across the street from the beach.

Everything. Peace and quiet. We stay here every summer. Never gets old.

Updated modern beach feeling rooms, quiet area and amazing location.

It was our first but definitely not last time here! Our room was clean, comfortable and had so much coastal charm! We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants which was nice and a 2 minute walk to the beach!!! The staff was very friendly and attentive! We loved that they had bikes and beach chairs available to use plus beach towels and a small cooler! This will definitely be our “ go to “ spot when visiting this area! 👏👏👏

We love IOTB so much we came back a second time and plan on more, Small, private, laid back, clean, great staff, modern, warm and in just the right spot in Pass A Grille. Only a sea shell toss away from the beach with complimetarty chairs = bonus.

Our stay was great. The room was great, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The view from the porch was nice at night watching the sun set over the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is perfect ! The amenities (beach chairs, unbrella, cooler and towels, etc) was such a nice bonus. We will stay there again.

Amazing experience! Location can't be beat- directly across the street from the beach. Clean, modern, everything you could possibly need was provided, including a cart to take to the beach with towels, chairs, umbrella, etc... we will be back!

Beautiful rooms, modern and clean with great A/C. The location is perfect. Steps from the sand. They provide everything you need, parking, beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice, umbrellas, even sunscreen! The rooms were quiet, the wifi and tv's worked great and the staff, Tina, went above and beyond to make our stay great. It's a 5 minute walk to Paradise Grill on the beach which is fantastic and a 6 minute walk to all the other great restaurants and shops. And a 10 minute walk to the marina where there's fishing and a boat shuttle to shell island. Perfect stay!!
