Convenient and fair price for average room.
Pros:

Bed appeared clean and fresh.

Cons:

Bathroom smelt of urine.4 .00 am morning noise from doors closing. Shower temp difficult to control.

Pros:

Plenty of parking on site, restaurant anf bar also on site.
Clean room and excellent customer service. Also had meal discounts when staying at the hotel.

Disapointing
Pros:

The location to the nearby hospital where I had a procedure done early the morning I checked out

Cons:

The way I was treated in check in - I wasn’t aware of the $100 security deposit at check in as this is something that is not common at most hotels and motels and is something I didn’t see when booking.

When I politely asked a simple question in regards to the security deposit the person at reception said they would see what they could do and came back with I presume the manager who came across rude and standoffish like I was being rude or causing a problem.

This interaction alone and the fact I have to wait up to 5 days for my $100 to be returned is the biggest reason I won’t be returning to this hotel next month when I’m back for another hospital visit

The slight “lip” as you go into the bathroom should also have something visible for those with low vision to ensure safety of guests not tripping into the bathroom , the shower water was also hot and cold and the air conditioner barely worked

Pros:

Room was lovely and dark, bed was very comfortable. I was expecting it to be noisy given it's location behind the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. The food at the adjoining hotel was very nice.

Except the hot water and cold water playing up in the shower the day was okay
Pros:

The room is okay for what you pay .
Bed Was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Please make sure to ask if the the motel fix the water issue in the shower before you book your stay there….
The shower hot and cold water you can’t have a shower in one go the water getting hot and cold on regular base. I did try in the middle of the night in the middle of the day in the evening in the morning. It’s all the same when I complain I got yes we know with the evil smile.
I was not happy.
