The staff's attitude is incredible.

Cons:

The neighborhood it is in is not good. If you don't open your window it smells bad, and when you do it is very noisy from early in the morning

I was a business traveller, visiting a trade show at the IFM from which this was a short walk.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Gym, open appropriate hours.
Room and Wi-Fi was excellent.
The in-house restaurant had a good view and a relaxing environment.
The Mid-Mar Hotel is within a short walk to the Istanbul Fair Ground, which was the reason for my visiting Istanbul.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you to Mustafa, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made our experience even better and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Disappointing
Pros:

A well-positioned hotel, the room was super ok and the breakfast delicious.

Cons:

I parked the car in front of the hotel (where there were a few other cars from the same country as me) and left the key at the reception as I was asked. After I returned from the walk, my car was nowhere to be found. Of course I panicked because the other cars were there, in front of the hotel. I was told by the reception that my car had been moved somewhere behind the hotel because the owner wanted the spaces in front of the hotel free. They couldn't tell me why this rule only applied to my car and not to the other cars. It seems that the owner's wishes override the rights of the customer at this hotel! Another major minus was that the spa was not functional, and I booked this hotel precisely for this facility. So, in conclusion, upon departure I was left with a bitter taste that I chose this hotel

Pros:

Higiene impecável do quarto, banheiro, toalhas e lençóis. A cama era muito confortável. O funcionário Ahmed foi muito atencioso e nos atendeu em tudo que precisamos.

Cons:

Frigobar era do tipo que funcionava sem compressor (Peltier), e não gelava muito.
O teto do banheiro estava com a tinta descascando (quarto 114).
