Staff were lovely offering free food & drink, it was just disappointing after a long drive

Pretty good value for money
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staff

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work. Room was right next to the highway and seemed to have no noise insulation. It was hot and the ac didn’t work Yelling from drunks outside on the footpath both nights woke me multiple times and the noise of traffic…very little sleep obtained unfortunately as I was there for a wedding I had to be at the brides hotel at 5am and didn’t get home until 10 so had no opportunity to request another room.

Pros:

Close to shops but on a busy road but didn't stop us from sleeping.

Cons:

Bookings.com misled us in room description on website. The apartment we paid for we couldn't stay in due to having stairs. We needed one level due to disability but it was on two. Luckily staff we're able to give us alternative standard ground floor room instead but without proper kitchen that we wanted. They were very apologetic but the error was not the motels fault.
