Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt - aber doch ruhig
Pros:

Top Lage! Durch das Haus in zweiter Reihe ist es ruhig, man ist aber sofort mittendrin. Das Personal ist fantastisch! Freundlich, mit vielen Tipps und immer zu Scherzen aufgelegt. Das Frühstück bietet viele leckere Optionen. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

ブッキングドットコムを二度と利用しない
Pros:

・ホアンキエム湖まで立地は良い。
・観光客向けに、手作りマップくれた
・たぶん全部屋角部屋。5階はエレベーターおりたら階段の踊り場で、左右一部屋ずつ。

Cons:

・ダブルの部屋を依頼→セミダブルとシングルのツイン
・エアコンが汚い。エアコンの前の電球切れてる。
・シャワーしたらトイレ濡れるタイプ
・ドライヤーがそよ風。アメニティは期待しちゃダメ
・場所わかりにくい。建物めちゃくちゃ古い。
ここまでは許せる。
・部屋のコンセント電気が途中で切れる
・依頼しても部屋清掃してない
・部屋代金の計算が理解不能。違うってゆってもあってるの一点張り
・お釣りもちゃんと帰ってこない
・言語は通じてるのにコミュニケーションとして成り立たないし、押し切って終わるスタンスのスタッフ

ごめんなさい、なんでこのホテルがいいって言われてたかまじでわかりません。

そもそも、ホテル予約時にツアーと空港へのお迎え不要を伝えた。
ホテル側からの返事もきたのに、その後ホテルのマネージャーを名乗る個人アカウントより、私のワッツアップへ連絡あり。
メッセージ内容はツアーと空港への迎えはどうかとの営業メッセージ。
不信感を抱いてホテル問い合わせするも、ホテル側はスタッフだから安心して、と。
なんで公式メッセージでやり取り完了してるのに
ワッツアップの個人のアカウントから連絡されなきゃいけないの？
個人情報管理どうなってるの？となってる。

信頼できないと思ったのでキャンセルリクエストするも、
キャンセル不可プランなので無理ですで終わり。

ブッキングドットコムからも何のサポートもありませんでした。
結局、恐怖しかなかったです。
