Cons:

Ремонт в номере не делали очень давно, лампы освещение и розетки не все работают. Мебель старая. Окна закрываются не плотно, слышен шум с улицы. Матрас на двуспальной кровати состоит из двух односпальных матрасов, а не один большой, из-за чего в центре кровати яма.

La ubicación excelente, la habitación espaciosa y limpia. Servicio de lavanderia economico y rápido.

Cons:

La cama no es muy cómoda y el baño y la ducha un tanto anticuados. Se escucha mucho a los vecinos de arriba, sobretodo los pasos. El desayuno muy justo y sin muchas opciones.

Budget stay, not really a villa
Pros:

The location is great for a first trip to Hanoi, close to where all the action is.

Cons:

It pitches itself as a Villa but is really a cluster of rooms in a building. The rooms are a good size (we took a family room for three), bathroom is small but clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Sunshine Villa Hotel and Travel. The hotel is clean, modern and offers spacious, comfortable rooms. The bathroom was excellent, with a great rain shower and plenty of hot water. The reception staff were very friendly, professional and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the service was excellent every morning. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was outstanding. Our clothes were returned perfectly clean at a very reasonable price, and the hotel even delivered them to our next hotel nearby. That level of service really impressed us.
