Pros:

Renovated room, staff just friendly enough

Cons:

cheap bathroom reno, very small bed but comfy enough for one night. Found the price very steep for small room remote location

Quieter location with access to some good walks
Pros:

Hotel is located a few miles out of Fort William making it quieter which is what we were looking for and the hotel has good access to some nice walks with ample onsite parking. Food at the hotel is superb both evening meal and breakfast were excellent quality coupled up with excellent service from the hotel staff. Rooms we spacious with a full bathroom

Tv froze and staff too busy to look at it in a timely fashion, not their fault as short staffed. Main toilet in the bar/restaurant was freezing

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer. Die Betten waren gut. Haben dort aber nicht gegessen, auch kein Frühstück. Waren für eine Nacht untergebracht.

Pros:

It was very dated and they’d missed some attention to detail in the rooms - small things that are easy to fix like the bathroom light pull was just a bit of dirty string with no weight in the end. It was kinda musty smelling through the hotel so it needs a bit of a refurb for the prices they charge. However the location was great and the staff were pleasant
