La taille de la chambre et la salle de bain.

Cons:

Le diner au restaurant. Les plats n'avaient rien à voir avec les photos de booking. Le service laissait à désirer (ma boisson est arrivé alors que j'avais quasi fini mon plat) et la qualité des plats était moyenne.

Pros:

Trotz wirkliche Verspätung bei der Anreise wurde uns kein Druck gemacht und sollten sicher Anreisen. Trotz dessen, dass beim Frühstück viel los war, wurde auf wünsche eingegangen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit im Roomservice und eine wunderbare heiße Badewanne.

Looked forward to our stay and we weren't disappointed, shame we couldn't stay longer.
Pros:

Cosy atmosphere. Beautiful accommodation with additional items unexpectedly included. Good food both dinner and breakfast. All round an excellent experience.

Cons:

When we arrive to check-in, the man seemed a little pre-occupied with some Chinese customers, stressed out. We weren't in a rush so it didn't bother us too much, but it was noticeable.

Pros:

Food was good, service was of a good standard. It was generally clean and tidy. Beds where comfortable.

Cons:

The property maintenance was not up to scratch. Bathroom window handle missing, bathroom door would not shut or lock.
The shower cubical was not easy for older or less mobile people especially as the doors would not stay open to allow entry or exit.
The toiletries were only just enough for one person not 2, only 1 small towel between 2 of us.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und es wurde trotz später Anreise noch etwas für uns in der Küche gekocht!

Cons:

Etwas kaltes Badezimmer, bzw. allgemein kalte Heizkörper. Elektrischer Heizkörper wurde aber zu Verfügung gestellt. :)

Vi følte os godt behandlet. Værelserne var fine og rene.
Pros:

Rigtig god morgenmad. Aftensmaden var god, men der var for få til at betjene.
Der var god stemning i restauranten.
