De knowhow van het personeel over de kamers en omgeving was slecht alles was erg luidruchtig de kamers naast ons,de keuken onder ons.krakende vloeren, hard telefonerende mensen..alles was hoorbaar.weg was ook erg hoorbaar..verwarming aan,kon niet lager..de man die ons ontving was niet geïnteresseerd, personeel was niet met klanten bezig..plaatjes op internet zijn veel mooier dan de realiteit.

Quieter location with access to some good walks
Pros:

Hotel is located a few miles out of Fort William making it quieter which is what we were looking for and the hotel has good access to some nice walks with ample onsite parking. Food at the hotel is superb both evening meal and breakfast were excellent quality coupled up with excellent service from the hotel staff. Rooms we spacious with a full bathroom
