Nothing, to complain about
Note for guests hung up o the wall talked about the self service laundry guests can use. I found out that self service laundry was no longer offered, change occurred 9 months ago.
Amazing facility with so much entertainment for the children. The place space was really amazing.
The footpaths and stairwells could do with pressure cleaning it would compliment the establishment.
Everything great place
The room was comfortable and clean.
The meal cooked at Bistro was amazing. We had the surf n turf x3, compliments to the chef. The hospitality of all staff was wonderful as well.
Only small thing, room service was done without a request to do so.
No sign was placed on the door to make beds.

Fantastic reception team, welcoming and generous. Great value for money, comfortable stay with easy access off the M1 and car parking for a large SUV. Food at the hotel was tasty and good value. Would stay again!
The room was really nice, spacious and comfortable to stay in. It was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. An aircon is available but the room was so well insulated that it wasn't needed.
The bathroom was also nice and modern, clean and well supplied (with towels, soaps etc).
All in all led to a nice relaxing stay.
Finally, a very short walk to the train station to the CBD, and right next to a shopping centre.
It was a bit noisy here with cars and trucks moving past at night. I had to sleep with ear plugs on. But as a motel, this is probably not unexpected.
