To noisy
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean

Cons:

The TV didn't work and the wifi was so slow you couldn't use it.when reported it was told couldn't do anything about it ,but would report it to management on Monday
Sleeping until almost midnight was not an option with all the noise coming from. A party in the hotel patio directly opposite our room.
So just had to sit in room with no TV or wifi listening to drunks partying.( atleast they sounded like they were having fun )

Pub next to motel. Excellent for us. Close to everything we needed.

Everything in one spot

Upstairs noise did affect us. Possibly an upstairs room.
