Surprisingly good!
Pros:

Surprisingly, even though on a busy road and next to the hotel that is open until 4am, it was very quiet. The food at the Matthew Flinders Hotel was generous and well priced. Receiving a drink voucher per person was a nice touch. It is the first time we have stayed at a Nightcap hotel and won’t be our last. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing really, though the bar fridge was a bit noisy at times and there was a bit of peeling paint on one of the walls. This wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Loved our stay, especialy the Meal and the discounts
Cons:

one of our 4 rooms the heating wasn't working but they quickly moved us to another room directly below, we were very happy with that

Very good stay in a clean comfortable room at a good price. Great Bistro for dinner. Very convenient

Fantastic staff ver friendly

Cons:

Music from nightclub was quite loud but it did shut down around midnight so no problem after that. No problem with the patrons after the night club.

Will think twice before I book through booking.com

Cons:

They said my booking wasn’t booked properly and they didn’t have any room available. I left with no place where I can spend night. I’m not sure if it was ‘booking.com’ or this property. You people need have better information if room is available or not. I paid for nothing.
