Pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff.
Pros:

I arrived at 9 after a function at the racecourse, in no condition to manage any complication that sometimes eventuates. Walked into the pub and was guided to a friendly young bloke from Ingham. The key was ready and it was the easiest checkin I have ever experienced. Drove the car around, the gate key worked first time as did the room key. The bed could only have looked more inviting if the ghost of Marilyn Monroe was lying there, the bathroom was good the bed proved to be as comfortable as it looked and the cleaning staff that morning were delightful.

Cons:

The outside of the building give the impression that its a bit of a dive.

Clean, comfortable but not what I paid for.

Great location . Nice meals. Rooms very clean . Bed comfortable.

Was disappointed, I had booked a queen and single room . I received a call 2 days before my stay confirming I need the 2 beds, I said yes, I also asked if I portable cot added if possible. When arriving late in the evening ( reception was closed ), we got to our room there was only one queen bed, and a small sofa and the portable cot. As the reception was close and we just wanted to get some sleep one person had to sleep on the sofa . On checking out I mentioned this to the receptionist and her response was a little lack lustre “ they must of swapped rooms “ end of conversation. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I left .

Pros:

La camera era grande e pulita. Parcheggio privato disponibile davanti alla camera.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non funzionava. L’insonorizzazione era inesistente per cui era come stare in una grande camera con i vicini.

We have a very enjoyable time at the Night Cap and will do it again in the future.
Pros:

The location was good, Food was good, rooms were comfortable and clean, nice restaurant and facilities.

Cons:

Paths connecting the rooms need pressure cleaning.

Clean modern room. Excellent facilities, good location
Pros:

The room was very clean excellent facilities.
Only let down was we booked a queen bed and we were given 2 single beds pushed together. It was very uncomfortable and not romantic.

Over all good, drove north, south, inland,out2 barrierreef!
Pros:

We made our own! Had a fridge, jug able to make
coffee etc. fresh towels when ever, rooms cleaned
every day, excellent showers loads hot water& pressure.
All in a seccure area with access via an electric roller
gate! under cover hire car parking. All Good.

Cons:

Not much. Did the job for the two of us for 8 day stay.
Thirfy hire car stonic kia good, but had stolen fuel tag on it from some previous hire driver? descovered when filling up at a Caltex petrol station Nsw rego? set off their computer,? also copped a park'n ticket from difficult park'n machines in Cairns! $103 at long stay park'n?
