Lovely, would stay there again.
Pros:

Location, exceptional breakfast, lovely staff. Old town was lovely, I had schnitzel for the first time, local red wine very nice.

Cons:

We stayed in the cinema room and had a couple of steps next to the bed which were a little tricky to navigate in the dark.

The place to be à Innsbruck
Pros:

Bien situé dans Innsbruck à deux pas de la rue
commerçante. L’hôtel a un charme fou avec son petit jardin. Parking possible et facile sur place moyennant un petit surcoût. Le personnel est très gentil, de bons conseils et nous accueille avec un joli sourire 😀. Avons été surclassés et eu une suite junior très agréable et très confortable. Franchement un très très bel endroit. Le breakfast est copieux et de qualité.
Si nous revenons à Innsbruck, notre hôtel est déjà choisi

Rien du tout. Je n’ai pas aimé de ne pas avoir prévu d’y rester plus longtemps

Mooi en fijn hotel
Pros:

De kamer was erg mooi, bed lag lekker, vriendelijk personeel, mogelijkheid om de tassen voor en na het verblijf achter te laten.

Cons:

Het was heel erg warm op de kamer, en er is geen airco of hor tegen de muggen om goed te ventileren

Das Zimmer war absolut erste Klasse und das Personal war super bemüht und konnte und alle Wünsche erfüllen!

Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

We hebben een verblijf gehad bij NALA in Innsbruck met zowel positieve als minder positieve ervaringen.

Om te beginnen: het personeel was gedurende ons verblijf erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat we zeker hebben gewaardeerd.

Ik had vooraf bewust een soundproof kamer geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we echter een “upgrade” naar een andere kamer. Hoewel de kamer bijzonder was ingericht, was deze voor ons niet helemaal praktisch. De douche en het toilet hadden transparante glazen wanden, waardoor er weinig privacy was. Ook zat er een opstap/hoogteverschil midden in de kamer, wat vooral ’s nachts wat onhandig was. Daarnaast bleek de kamer helaas erg gehorig te zijn, terwijl een rustige kamer juist een belangrijke reden was voor onze boeking.

De volgende ochtend hebben we dit bij de receptie aangegeven. Daar werd ons verteld dat dit inderdaad niet het kamertype was dat we oorspronkelijk hadden geboekt. Er werd vriendelijk meegedacht over een andere kamer, maar ook die was niet het oorspronkelijk geboekte kamertype.

Na twee nachten konden we uiteindelijk naar een andere kamer verhuizen. Deze was gelukkig wél heel rustig en goed geïsoleerd, dus dat was een flinke verbetering. Helaas was het matras in deze kamer behoorlijk doorgezakt, waardoor het slaapcomfort tegenviel.

Al met al vonden we het jammer dat we niet vanaf het begin de kamer kregen die we bewust hadden geboekt en dat beide kamers hun eigen problemen hadden. Tegelijkertijd willen we benadrukken dat het personeel erg vriendelijk was en steeds bereid was om met ons mee te denken. Met wat meer aandacht voor de kamers en het slaapcomfort had onze ervaring een stuk positiever kunnen zijn.

Die Gartenzimmer sind reizvoll. Unser Barrierefreies Zimmer war einwandfrei.
Vom Hotel sind die Wege kurz, in die Altstadt und zum Bahnhof.
Das Frühstück war schlichtweg sensationell.

Great place. Would happily return, and just book a different room.
Pros:

Great staff, lovely decor, outdoor terrace and garden, an outstanding breakfast, and peaceful location within easy walk to the more touristy old town,

Cons:

My one and only disappointment was the design of the shower, which included a glass door that didn’t reach the floor and thereby let water seep out onto the floor. This may only be the case in the room we were in, the Cinema room.
