Geweldig hotel heerlijke rustige sfeer midden in de natuur net buiten Winterberg centrum

War okay, nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel.

Lage zum wandern. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampe im Zimmer flackerte. Essenskonzept mit Buffet und eher gehobenen Speisen ggf. nicht auf das Publikum angepasst.

Персонал не рецепції недоброзичливий. Якщо ти допускаєш помилку в бронюванні тобі не допоможуть. Ні. Мені не допомогли, посміхались і казали , що це залежить не від них, але це неправда . Номер для двох: замість двоспального ліжка два одно спальних ліжка , що не є зручно .

Die Lage war gut und die Fahrräder konnten wir gut unterstellen. Das Schwimmbad konnten wir auch nutzen.Wir haben Abends am Buffett teilgenommen das war gut . Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man da ist . Öl

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt. Das Geschirr war ein Sammelsurium und die Gläser zum Frühstück auch . Da sollte man überlegen ob man was neues anschafft . Manche Gäste gingen auch gar nicht . Die lassen ihre Kinder einfach laufen und alles anfassen beim Essen . Vielleicht sollte man die mal darauf hinweisen das so etwas nicht geht . Aber da kann das Personal nichts für .

Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Haupthaus sehr schön, das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich, leider teilweise keine Deutschkenntnise, aber trotzdem sehr bemüht

Das Haus 2 in dem wir im Keller untergebracht waren, war muffig und erfüllte so gut wie keinen Standart, der Ausziehsessel war sehr fleckig und schmuddelig, ebenfalls der Teppich, sehr unangenehm, das Bad war ok, relativ sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht..es war besser als das Vorherige Ma,l aber deutlich Luft nach oben...mich störten sehr die "blinden Gläser", man hatte mehrere Gerichte zur Auswahl das war ok
