Close to the airport, great for 24 hours stay
All good for a classic conference high standard conference hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a fairly quick ride from the airport. What mattered to us is thr they have a late check-in. We arrived after midnight, the security guard let us into the lobby and there was a front desk employee who checked us in with a lot of patience and good attitude! (I was a bit cranky after a long flight).
It is very quiet once you are in the room - you don’t hear any street noise, and it’s pretty quiet in the halls. The nights were absolutely peaceful.
The room was huge! The bed was super comfortable - not too soft, not too hard, just perfect.
The shower was great. Good pressure, consistent temperature.
The hotel gave us a very positive impression for how efficient, friendly and professional the staff were, for its cleanliness and comfort.
The breakfast was good, the buffet had the standard offerings with some local and continental options.
Our room was quite on the seventh floor and good view.
We had a small stove but no appliances, no plates, etc

Very nice place to stay in a safe area. We had a 2 hour delay but they were a great help. Nice big rooms.
Margarito & Ellias who serve at breakfast and during lunch were very attentive and always willing to help. Their service was fast and good. Compliments.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi was great and our kids enjoyed it. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Its not a hotel, staff poor, room really poor didnt even have a glass and they wanted to charge for it. Really poor “hotel”
la atención con respecto al hotel muy buena pero, el servicio del restaurant pésimo, nada empáticos y solo buscaban su conveniencia. la verdad por el hotel si volvería pero por el restaurante no .

La habitación es grande y muy linda, limpia y cómoda. La pileta y jardín son muy lindos decorados y limpios. Toda la decoración del hotel es muy linda y todas las aéreas estaban limpias.
Recomendación: - adentro de la ducha poner luz #601, arreglar el jacuzzi de la pileta, los yets no funcionaban todos, dar mas información al huésped en el checkin ( donde tomar el ascensor, explicar lo de la tarjeta para utilizarlo, no ser tan rigurosos con el horario de checkin ( si la habitación ya esta lista dejen entrar un rato antes) , horario y lugar de desayuno, explicar sobre el gimnasio
Dejar cucharitas en la habitación para revolver el café qué dejan máquina e insumos que esta buenísimo y esponja y jabón para lavar lo utilizado y poder volver a usar uno mismo
La habitación gigante... seguridad, lindo alrededor, cerca centro.
Solo mejoraría la calidad de la TV o canal de cable se veía borroso los partidos del mundial
La ubicación es fantástica, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, buenos servicios, excelente desayuno y el personal muy amable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo
