Unser Zimmer lag an der Straße über der Ladebucht, jeden Morgen Lärm und Abgase. Fenster mussten wir auf lassen wegen der Hitze.

Cons:

Die Bedingung für Eis oder Kaffee waren an mehrere Tage sehr langsam und bei der Abreise war angeblich noch mehrere Zahlungen offen.
Erst wo ich nach ein Verantwortlichen gefragt habe hat sich ganz plötzlich alles geändert.

Usedom ist ein Urlaub wert. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück war super. Unter einem Comfort Doppelzimmer habe ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt. Das Fenster war zu klein. Schlecht für frische Luft. Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, wo die Glascontainer standen. Immer wieder wurde dort nachts zwischen 22 Uhr und 0 Uhr Altglas entsorgt. Das Hotel liegt zentral, alles gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Speisekarte könnte üppiger sein. Das Essen hat nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen.

Top einfach nur top
Pros:

Eine perfekte Unterkunft. Angestellte wie Kellner und Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Erklärungen der Unterkunft. Essen im Hotel wie Frühstück und Abendessen war top . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in ihrer Einrichtung , uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Es war rundum entspannt und erholsam.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war komfortabel, geschmackvoll und hübsch, mit einem sonnigen Balkon; die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, mitten im Ort und gleichzeitig ruhig.

Cons:

Die Schlacht am Frühstücksbuffet war laut, die Schlange vor dem Kaffeeautomaten lang (bei der Größe des Hotels kaum vermeidbar) - aber die Qualität von Brot und Brötchen ließe sich verbessern, es schmeckte alles gleichermaßen nach Pappe.
