Hồ bơi chuẩn 25m, sâu 1m6 đủ sâu cho người thích bơi. Hỗ trợ checkin rất oke. Buffet sáng ăn ổn.

Cons:

Tiếp tân nhiều khi tìm không thấy. Điện thoại trực tiếp tân vài lần khong thấy bắt máy. Sắp xếp nội thất cũng gây thất vọng vì công năng. Chén đĩa cũng đã trầy xước nhiều và mất thẩm mỹ

Great location and facilities

Cons:

Not all staff speak english and only one person knew the correct address to send items too. There are two different addresses.
Also, be aware when booking, as you coyld be booking a place in Hanoi. We found out just in time. And rebooked. Hence the correct address. Booking.com did issue a warning about ghosting pages. So be vigilant when booking. This happened a year earlier when i visited HCMC. there are 3 hotels with the same name and even though i booked the correct place and had it varified, it was still changed afterwards.

Great location comfortable rooms great pool and good value

Location, size and comfort of rooms and value for money..

Cons:

Sometimes you have to find staff in the morning (ie. the egg station at breakfast or the bar staff for the pool area for that afternoon beverage) .. lol apart from that great staff ..

Nice place, could be better still.
Pros:

The pool was nice and the beds are comfortable, the balconies have a good view down the river. The housekeeping staff made the rooms everyday and the towels were nice. Air conditioning and fridges were great.

Cons:

It needs some maintenance, the pool bar wasn’t open and there were some areas like the back of the tv that were dusty, and some cobwebs on the ceiling.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is outstanding, just a stone’s throw from the car‑free zone of Hoi An Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic centre, shops, restaurants, and night markets on foot.
That said, our stay did not fully meet expectations in other areas. We booked a riverside room, however it did not have a view of the river, which was disappointing given the room category.
Despite other reviews mentioning that the hotel is quiet, this was not our experience. There was a fair amount of road noise, as well as noise from other guests. The hotel appears to be frequently booked by large tour groups, and the early‑morning departures resulted in noticeable noise and disruption.
On the positive side, the pool area was very clean and well maintained, providing a pleasant space to relax. The gym, however, was clearly well used and not well maintained, and could benefit from updating. Breakfast was okay, adequate but nothing special.
The highlight of the stay was the housekeeping staff, who were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, and consistently offered warm service.
Overall, this hotel shines in terms of location, but may better suit travelers who don’t mind noise or those visiting as part of organised tour groups, rather than guests seeking a quiet riverside retreat.

Excellent hotel adjacent to all the action in Hoi An
Pros:

Location is very good on the river and very close to Hoi An attractions. Staff was very helpful. I thought the value was excellent. Pool was large and easy to swim laps in.

Cons:

I have no negatives to mention. I suspect reviews trashing the staff are from high maintenance self absorbed jerks. Any noise complaints are related to the high traffic area the hotel is in and it’s just what you have to put up with to stay close to the action.

Great value and would recommend
Pros:

Great location. Spacious room and comfortable bed. A five to ten minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars. All the staff were friendly and very polite. The reception and restaurant area were clean. The outside space around the pool was nice

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a renovation. The shower could do with a proper enclosure instead of a roller blind screen which doesn't really serve a purpose. Water from the shower splashes into the main area in the bathroom leaving puddles. The wicker sofa on the balcony was way past it's best and uncomfortable. Sun loungers around the pool need replacing

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situė. Très bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Hôtel qui mérite d’être connu car très bien situé. A chaque petit souci rencontré le personnel fait tout son possible pour trouver une solution.
