Perfecto lugar pero cosas a mejorar
Pros:

Me gustó lo céntrico que era, todo estaba a un paso.... Su desayunos eran muy buenos, todos muy amables... Las habitaciones era tal cual en las fotos...

Cons:

Lamentablemente estaban los pajaritos al lado de nuestra habitación pero no podíamos hacer nada nada ellos llegaron antes jajaja, la ducha se le salía el agua pero nos pusieron una toalla para que no quedara mojado el suelo... Al estar en la habitación conjunto a la escalera escuchábamos todo de afuera, y la señal de wiffi y del cable no era muy estable....

Excelente ubicación (sobretodo si vas sin auto, terminales de buses cerca para ir a termas y demás), muy calentito, ambi

Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables. Sobretodo la chica que estaba quien nos dijo que podíamos pasar como al patio del desayuno en cualquier horario y que ellos encendían la calefacción. Asique una tarde la aprovechamos de ir a tomar mate ahí.
Además me gustó que en la entrada dejaran estar o resguardarse a los perros callejeros. Se que quizás muchas personas no estén de acuerdo pero hacía mucho frío y mucha lluvia y ellos desamparados solo querían dormir un ratito sin mojarse. Uno debe ser empatico porque son seres sintientes. Incluso si les dejaran una mantita yo creo que a mucha gente le gustaría o estaría a favor.

Cons:

Un día de aseo no nos cambiaron las toallas grandes ni colocaron más confort. Luego lo comentamos en recepción y ellos nos dieron esto. Pero me pareció que debió haberse hecho ya que avisamos como correspondía que si queríamos el aseo un día.

Todo, el desayuno espectacular era todo casero hasta el pancito, muy rico!!! el personal muy pero muy amable, buena disposición y atentos en todo momento,la ubicación perfecta cerca de todo sin duda volvería a quedarme ahí y lo recomiendo 100% queda cerca literal de todo queda en pleno centro de Pucón, cuenta con estacionamiento, wifi, ducha calentita, calefacción, habitación con balcón, espectacular todo me encantó

no buena relación precio calidad. Las taollas viejas y con olor a humedad. Poca inversión en las instlaciones. Se cortaba el internet en las habitaciones del segundo piso que daban a la calle.

Escapada a Pucón
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno y excelente la atención. Felicitaciones a la Sra. cocinera y su ayudante. De igual forma mis felicitaciones al personal de recepción, muy amables y cordiales. Personal de limpieza mantenía la habitación muy bien aseada y ordenada.
