Cama muy cómoda y muy linda sacando estar con chimenea.
Podrían hacer Mantencion a los pisos.
Ubicación y vistas al volcán.
Mala aislación acústica, colchón muy blando, agua caliente tardía en llegar, servicio de desayuno lento, tv no funciona.

A localização é excelente , os funcionários muito solícitos , o café da manhã é simples ,mas tudo muito gostoso . A sala de convivência é muito bonita e bem aconchegante . Uma noite ficamos tomando vinho em frete a lareira , uma delícia .
Não tinha Wi-Fi no quarto como anunciado , a tv era smart mas sem internet não adiantou . Pedi aos funcionários para tentar resolver mas não conseguiram . Outra coisa bem ruim era o barulho do banheiro do outro quarto , o barulho da descarga do vaso era bem atrás da minha cama . Acordei algumas vezes com esse barulho . Fiquei no quarto virado para a rua, era bom mas se ouvia todo o barulho da rua e do restaurante em frente .
My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast and enclosed patio with fireplace. The staff were also very helpful, and rooms clean and comfortable.
The wifi was slow and hot water also slow to take effect in the shower. Not complaint worthy but could be better.

Mucho ruido para dormir (agua de tuberias baño y gente al pasar)
Pedimos mas jugo al desayuno y nos dijeron que no...
Estacionamiento muy lejano.
Está muy bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y de la plaza.
Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen camas cómodas.
El desayuno es muy bueno, incluye huevo revuelto, jamón, queso, pan, mantequillas, mermelada, fruta, jugo te o cafe.
El personal es muy amable.
Las almohadas necesitan renovación
Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.
Se escuchaba fuerte la música del restaurante del frente ( habitación hacia la calle). Extrañé la palta y el yogurth con granola que daban siempre en los desayunos.
