Nice staff but cleaning needs to improve
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, good breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness of rooms really needs to improve. Found part of a condom wrapper under a table, within reach of my small child. Really unpleasant. AC/shower vents haven't been cleaned in years and thick dust is visible.

لا انصح به الخدمه سيه تحمل الشنط بنفسك لدور العاشر وبعدها توصلها الغرفه بنفسك غير نضيف الممرات وسخه

الخدمه سيه للغايه وصلت التاسعه صباحا وتم دخولي الثالثه عصرا لايعترفون بخدمات بوكنق لايوجد حامل الشنط والاستقبال بالدور العاشر وتخمل شنطك بنفسك النضافه سيه الممرات وسخه لايعرفون ترقية بوكنق للغرف

Great staff
Pros:

The staffs were very friendly! I was so happy when I stayed here, I came very early around 12pm and they already had room ready, without delaying or keep the room until the check-in time, they gave the key right away. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in but she was really nice, could be a manager because she was wearing blazer but other receptionist were nice as well.

The breakfast place is a bit small though with a lot of guests, we may need to wait for a while to be seated. The breakfast was good with a few variety.
