NAAM Hotel & Apartments Frankfurt

Very clean. Nice staff

We were alone in a basement. Me my daughter in law and grandson. I expressed my concerns and the front desk told me it was the only thing available. No air conditioning when it plainly stated they did have air. We left without a refund and stayed at a different hotel the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed

Great stay. Very nice room for the price. They also let me stay in the car park after check out for no cost. Very nice.

Overall, it was a good short experience yet two problems caught my attention. One is that the room/hotel had that cigarette smell from the past that was dominant, and the night shift receptionist was getting frustrated with a stapler and throwing f-words around while I was waiting for him to get me in. Otherwise, nice hotel, room was all good.

Guests made to noise late at night. Had to call front desk to complain

Staff very helpful. Great price.

Nice and quiet, clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking spaces were tight. Area around lacked things to do (2km radius)

It was amazing. Very friendly and so clean.

Vielen Dank!

Suite was very nice. The extra room was perfect for the family. The balcony was a pleasant surprise.

you won't get fresh bottle of water, and they won't get your room done at all for the whole stay.

My room was nice and breezy. But the walls were too thin, I could the phone conversation between the guy in the next room. And on the other side, I would hear the guy snoring through the night. Slept with earplugs for the five days I was there.
The breakfast is good. Parking is easy and free/included.
I would stay here again, but get a different room at the end

Good

It was a good value property, bang for the buck.

Alles ok

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were greeted with a friendly smile and the desk person was so helpful. The room was very clean and roomy - we were disappointed that we were only staying one night. Definitely a great stay.

Gutes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern

Quick sleep before the airport
