Exceptional location in the heart of the piazza with everything on your doorstep! Staff were welcoming and communication prompt filled with useful information! Great restaurants and cafes 2min walk away.

L'acqua fredda del lavandino e della doccia usciva molto calda; può essere sia stato dovuto al caldo intenso di quei giorni.
Posizione eccellente, Elisa alla reception è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.
La camera pulita, spaziosa e fresca.

Unica nota che non riguarda la struttura: abbiamo parcheggiato al "Multipiano Borgoricco" dove non c'è un massimale giornaliero e si paga a ora, per cui la spesa per due giorni è stata rilevante.
The location is superb! To say that the view is impressive is an understatement. Also the room was very nice, clean, large and pleasantly designed. Great value for money too!
Public parking is 15 minutes away, bring trollers or light baggage.

Struttura davvero eccellente nel pieno centro di Ferrara, in una posizione semplicemente imbattibile: a due passi dal Duomo e comodissima per visitare a piedi tutta la città. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e accogliente, con un letto particolarmente comodo e una splendida vista sui tetti e sul centro storico. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre presente e rapido nelle comunicazioni. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza assolutamente positiva: ci tornerei volentieri e la consiglio senza esitazioni!

Tutto magnifico a un ottimo prezzo, come:
- Elisa, alla reception, bella, affabile e disponibilissima
- La camera vista castello è ampia, con una comoda anticamera tra il bagno e la camera da letto.
- L'ottima insonorizzazione della camera
- La pulizia
- Il frigobar dove trovi acqua e altre chicche (gratis!)
- La vista affascinante e romantica della piazza centrale di Ferrara, che fa (ri)innamorare della città anche il ferrarese più disilluso :)
Unica piccola nota: il clima è sotto la finestra e le tende spesse possono ostruire il passaggio dell'aria fredda/calda, un piccolo compromesso con la luce (e non il buio assoluto che la camera potrebbe garantire) ed è fatta.
