The location,facilities, breakfast

Cons:

The front office staff dealing with check in were quite inefficient . I could not access my room with key cards which they gave .. after I came back down , they gave me another one ,could nt access again..for a 5 star hotel ,making a guest go up to the room twice without the right key card was not acceptable

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out.

The staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Staffs.
Pros:

Staffs are extremely well trained. For me the highlight of the stay were the staffs.
Rest of the property was extremely clean. Nice pool and view.
Decently sized gym.
Excellent breakfast.
It doesn't feel boring or same even during long stays.
Apart from a few staple dishes, I can see that they rotate the menu.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

The room was perfect with very comfortable bed and fresh covers.

Cons:

The bathroom fittings could be upgraded and deeper cleaning is advisable.

The breakfast should provide more varieties for a 5 star hotel, usually for kids.

Pros:
