Sweaty, cramped and frustrating.
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Wifi terrrible. Cuts out every 10 mins. No fan in the room, so very stuffy even with window open. Issues all around the room, such as disgusting dirt in the shower. Carpets all worn out on the stairs up to the rooms. It was functional, thats all.

Pros:

It was a great location for King's Cross train station. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

It was boiling hot! There was no air conditioning, just two fans that were a waste of time. There wasn't a comfortable chair in our room, just a director's type of chair. No bedside tables or shelves. No fridge. The bathroom was tiny. There was a shower over the bath but it wasn't easy getting in and out. No hand towels, just two bath towels. There wasn't a lift, just old fashioned stairs so not very good for people with mobility issues. The steps getting into the hotel were very steep. We had breakfast included. You had to go outside to a different property a few doors away. You had to choose one cooked option, eg full English, Eggs Benedict etc and one pastry, plus tea and coffee.

Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

The location around the block from Pancras Station and King's Cross was perfect. It was just off the main thoroughfare, and was quiet. There were several great restaurants right around the corner. Irene and Lynette were great hosts at the front desk, along with several others that I don't remember their names.

Cons:

Negotiating the stairs was a bit challenging, as they are a bit narrow and circular. Having straight steps and intermediate landings would be much safer when hauling luggage (although they will carry your baggage up to your room for you).

Great location for train stations
Pros:

Location was excellent - ideal for catching Eurostar

Cons:

Unfortunately, they don't have a lift. OK if only having to go upstairs with a small case, not ideal with large cases

Great Base for London stay if using King’s Cross rail station
Pros:

The location was great we were able to leave our cases on check out and pop back for them before going to King’s Cross train station.
Rooms small (but we knew that in advance) but everything worked very well - space for everything you needed.
Great as a place to sleep and change while in London ideal base.

Cons:

No air con. But a fan was provided in every room.
Bathroom was like a wet room no curtain round the shower which made it a little awkward but not all bathrooms the same.

Very noisy from outside and people in and out the corridor and stairs. Room handle was tried several times by confused
Pros:

Convenient for Kings Cross
Room fairly clean and bright.

Cons:

Overpriced for the facilities.
Room had no air con and was exceptionally small.
Shower head and extractor were pretty dirty and main light switch flickered.

Pros:

Centrale e pulito, molti libri e giochi in scatola, gentilissimo il personale che ha gestito le richieste in modo veloce e professionale spiegando tutto chiaramente. Arredamento originale e grazioso!

Cons:

Scortesia di una receptionist ( capelli corti scuri, mi dicono I suoi colleghi essere spagnola).
Mancavano le prese usb per caricare i propri dispositivi elettronici. Alla reception non erano disponibili gli adattatori ( ce n era solo uno)

Great place will def. come back again!
Pros:

Fantastic bed that could go up and down, roof terrace, bathtub and super close to st pancrass. Fantastic!

Cons:

There were ants on the last morning all over my stuff (we had no open food in the room or whatsoever).
