Śniadanie na wynos - mało obfite, ale bardzo dobre jakościowo. W miarę przestrzenny pokój z dobrym wyposażeniem. Świetna lokalizacja, a przy tym w miarę cicho. Bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy obsługa.

Cons:

Po wejściu do pokoju wyczuwalny był dość intensywny zapach wybielacza. Obsługa zareagowała przysyłając sprzątającego, co razem z intensywnym wietrzeniem trochę pomogło.

Great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast and a great price.

Cons:

One of the extra beds a bit uncomfortable and basement room smelt a little of damp although very clean.

Great location, rigjt next to the St. Pancras int. And King's cross station.

Cons:

Our room was located in the basement, with no windows, except for a skylight. It was very damp and stuffy. The room was also really small and absolutely too small for two adults and two children.

Breakfast was served in a separate building next door, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it was raining. Considering the size of the room, the dampness, and the location of the breakfast area, our stay unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

Great location but rooms do not look like the photos. Hotel in need of some TLC.

Cons:

We were giving a very small room to accommodate 2 x adults and 2 x children . Could not walk in the room, very cramped. I had paid for a king sized room which I had stayed in before and it was very spacious hence why I re booked the hotel but on this stay we were put in a room that was not appropriate for a family of 4. Now after telling reception, we were moved to another room the following day which had more space but nothing like the pictures so be warned!

Disappointing.

Cons:

Small rooms and bathroom. Number of steps to rooms and in rooms - see photo of steps in room. Shower in room. Noisy rooms. Bar tired. Beds uncomfortable. Didn’t get reserved rooms.
