Bagno di dimensioni ridotte ma doccia molto ampia, lavandino in camera

Dated property and showing it’s age it’s clean- but worn not exactly ideal for a romantic getaway.. but the staff are nice and friendly and the location is very good for London site seeing

Great location, room a bit small.
Pros:

Location, male staff member in reception was very friendly, decor, garden bar area, room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Room was a bit small with bed only accessible from one side as it was against walls on the other three. Plumbing made a loud noise for quite a while after flushing meaning we couldn’t flush at night.

Pros:

We arrived before check in and the staff took our bags for us, after going out and coming back we were told that we would have to move down the street to tge sister hotel, not quite sure of the reason but the lady explained that this was a 5star property so it was effectively an upgrade. The lady took us along to the Megaro where again the property was absolutely faultless and the staff were 2nd to none!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t think twice about booking in tbe future

Sometimes, if you needed to rest a bit longer in the morning, cleaning was a tad too loud.

Pros:

Le charme de l'hôtel, le personnel tres gentil et accueillant. Bonne literie, équipement plus que correcte, et chambre propre.

Cons:

La chambre etait en sous sol , donc impossible d'ouvrir correctement les fenêtres, beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre . Salle de bain tres humide et helas fenêtre bloquée donc aucun aération possible .
Dommage car la même chambre à l'étage aurait été parfait.....
