Convenient stop on the way to Maine
Pros:

We were passing through on our way to Maine. The hotel is close to a terrific oyster bar - that's why we stayed there. It was convenient and comfortable.

Cons:

cost for parking!
sofa bed for our third person had sheets but NO pillow or blanket when we arrived.
Also, we LOST a suitcase somehow when unloading!!

Area, people, service great! Room was disgusting.
Pros:

The location, the staff, the atmosphere - 10/10, no complaints. My issues were with the room itself, it was very dirty. I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel a lot, and Ive never really felt compelled to write a review until now.

So after putting my things down I noticed the baseboards around the room. Covered in dust and dirt, just filthy. In the bathroom, there was mold in the shower, and the floors were really grimy around the edges. The light switches had caked on dirt in the crevasses. Just really substandard stuff for a hotel that charges over $300 a night. I know cleaning protocols were relaxed during covid, but that was 6 years ago. Cleaning staff definitely needs a bottle of disinfectant and better dusting practices. Probably wont be back.

The room was comfortable

Cons:

the breakfast was the prepacked eggs they serve at chain hotels. You could smell the breakfast as soon as you got off the elevator and it stunk so bad. We had to eat out for breakfast during our stay.

Hotel was very nice but very noisy late in the evening.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The location was great with restaurants and shops close by.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy with a rowdy group next to our room partying past 11:00 PM.

Good location. Clean modern hotel. Valet parking. Spacious bathroom. Clean and adequate size room.

Cons:

Small indoor pool. Breakfast was fair.Beds were not overly comfortable and pillows were not firm. AC unit was a little noisy.
