What i loved the most was the service. they really respect guests privacy, and the place is very calm and peaceful. The cleanliness was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location is very convenient, close to everything, and i really liked that cycle rentals were available there, it made getting around so easy.
Out of all the affordable places, this was the best choice we made. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and service.

Cons:

I would suggest improving the breakfast service. Even a small breakfast option like bread, sandwiches, eggs, bananas, and tea or coffee would really enhance the guest experience.

Pros:

Nice place, close to the town and Patong Beach, and not noisy.
However, I’m a bit disappointed with the hotel because I booked a room facing the swimming pool, but I was given a room on the 4th floor instead. That wasn’t ideal, as the pictures showed a room right in front of the pool.
Other than that, everything else was okay
