Pros:

Excelente localização para praia mas longe do centro, apesar de ter transfer o dia todo gratis foi uma excelente experiência. AMEI.

Cons:

As escadas deveria ter elevador, porque tenho problemas na coluna, e subir com malas me prejudicou muito.

Essenzialità e funzionalità…piscina molto piacevole e il mare a due passi con una spiaggia discreta (a Santorini ci sono molte scogliere)

Cons:

Suggerisco di mettere una prolunga con almeno tre prese sul tavolino, dove attaccare i propri cellulari a caricare e il bollitore senza dover staccare la presa della tv

ΟΧΙ.
Pros:

Το θετικό ότι ήταν κοντά σε όλα και μπορούσες να παρκάρεις κοντά στο κατάλυμα τουλάχιστον την εποχή του Σεπτέμβρη.

Cons:

Το κομμάτι της καθαριότητας ήταν μέτριο. Ας πούμε οι καρέκλες στην αυλή έξω κ το τραπέζι ότι ήταν μέσα στη σκόνη. Θα πω ότι, όταν κάποιος δε πληρώνει το πιο ακριβό σου δωμάτιο αυτό δε σημαίνει ότι δε τον χαιρετάς κιόλας, γιατί παραμένει πελάτης σου. Όσο αφορά για τις φωτογραφίες των καταλυμάτων, είναι πολύ πειραγμένα με ΑΙ, αρχικά δείχνουν ότι πέφτει το ηλιοβασίλεμα από εκεί πίσω από ένα ανύπαρκτο νησί. Στη πλευρά που είναι το ξενοδοχείο δε πέφτει ο ήλιος από εκεί καν κ δεν υπάρχει κανένα τόσο μεγάλο νησί όπως δείχνουν στη φωτογραφία. Συνεχίζω με τα φωτιστικά που είναι σιδερένια βιδωμένα επάνω από τα μαξιλάρια του κρεβατιού όπου χτύπησα το κεφάλι μου 3 φορές, είναι άκρως επικίνδυνα και πραγματικά το κρεβάτι δε μετακινείται καθώς είναι χτισμένο και όχι κανονικό κρεβάτι. Γενικότερα δεν χαιρετούσαν, δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν καν πως ήταν η διαμονή, δεν ήταν κοινώς φιλόξενοι, δε ξέρω εάν αυτό γίνεται με όλους τους πελάτες ή επιλεκτικά ανάλογα με το τι έχεις πληρώσει αλλά είναι αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Και Τελοσπαντων τόσα χρήματα βγάζετε σε ένα τέτοιο νησί θεωρώ πως θα μπορούσατε να είχατε κάνει και 2 ανακαινίσεις.

Nie spodziewałem się tak dobrej organizacji ze strony hotelu w takiej cenie.

Liczne udogodnienia ze strony hotelu, takie jak punktualny transfer do centrum Firy i uprzejma recepcja, przewidziane czyste ręczniki każdego dnia dla osób idących na basen/plażę oraz cisza w okolicy hotelu.

Pros:

La relación calidad precio es increíble, no nos faltó de nada, éramos un grupo de 8 y nos sobraba espacio. Todo limpísimo y con todos los servicios que puedas desear, piscina y transfers al centro de Fira incluidos. El personal amabilísimo y dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos, incluyendo contratar otros transfers. No se puede pedir más.

Cons:

Antes de llegar tuvimos que insistir bastante para contratar el primer transfer del aeropuerto al alojamiento, afortunadamente se solucionó rápido. Eran rápidos contestando al teléfono.

Alojamiento caro en relación con la calidad de los espacios para los servicios y la atención al cliente
Pros:

El desayuno estaba variado y la ventaja era que había transporte gratuito hasta el centro

Cons:

Reservé dos alojamientos para 4 noches para un núcleo familiar con dos niñas y me asignaron un alojamiento no adecuado para mi familia. Yo quería dos alojamientos que estuvieran contiguos y en el momento de hacer la reserva y pagar no me avisaron de que las habitaciones eran distantes (100 metros) y que había que salir a la calle para ir de una a otra, ya que una era una habitación y otro un apartamento (cosa que yo no podía saber) ubicado en una zona alejada del bloque principal donde estaba una de las habitaciones. Lo comenté al llegar , era de noche y no nos quedó más remedio que dormir separados. Al día siguiente expliqué la situación y me ofrecieron separarnos para dormir o renunciar al apartamento para darme una habitación sencilla sin cocina ni lavadora etc que tiene un coste bastante inferior al apartamento, pero sin devolverme el dinero de la diferencia. Al final me pusieron una cama supletoria en el apartamento donde apenas cabía una cama más, dejé libre la habitación durante 3 noches y no me quisieron abonar la diferencia que yo creo que me pertenecía por no haber utilizado la habitación durante 3 noches.
