How helpful and informative reception staff were, and the location of the property in the city (near Mercado Central)
The street - as you approach the hotel - smells a bit like a urinal (especially near the public bins) - but don’t be too put off, as this isn’t too unusual we found out in Spain especially during public holidays and events such as las forgeras!

It is a comment for improvement not something I dont like. I needed to dry my towels and bikini. There could be more hangers or common area which we can hang and dry it outside.

The place was lovely, clean, and we had a generally great and comfortable stay. The overall service and experience were wonderful!
The hydro bathtub wasn’t working during our stay. Since we paid extra for this amenity, we were really looking forward to it. We informed the staff while we were there just as a friendly heads-up so they could check it, and they were nice about it, but it's just a small pity we couldn't use it.
