A good hotel in a middle class area
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in Park Village. 7-11 in complex. Comfortable bed. Amazing view from balcony.

Cons:

Shower doesn't get hot and hot water doesn't have good water pressure. Too many light switches in room. This didn't affect my stay.

This place I have stayed in was absolutely gorgeous I can honestly say the people downstairs the room was tidy every day and the maid who'd done it she was so efficient I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I've studied

Short and expensive for what we recieved!

2 star parading as a 4 star TV didn’t work maintaince tried for 30 minutes to repair it while we sat there waiting. Tried to otder a beer and food but only breakfast service. Chagrd rooms but the elevator didn’t reset after a power outage had to wait 10 minutes. Beds were too soft water pressure in shower poor.
Complained to the front desk that the hotel was not as listed and we wanted to change hotels, the front end woman appoligized but said we wouldn’t get any money returned.
After we checked in they gave us a notice that renovations we being done and suggested we keep the drapes closed during the day to create privacy. The included breakfast was a joke.

All in all it was a really poor showing of Thai hospitality in 28 years of living here i can’t rememer a pooer performace.
My Thai wife phoned the hotel and asked them if
We could have a small Birthday party for our 2 year old granddaughter and they said yes but didn’t mention they couldn’t supply food and beverage for the guests.
Basiclly it was a stab and grab!
