Pros:

I chose one of the rooms with accommodations for disabled people. The big bathroom is wheelchair accessible, with a large bathtub having the built-in seat at one end. My companion, who uses a wheelchair commented that he really liked the big bath. Clean sheets, great tv, cold ac and fridge. Coffee in the a.m. (free). Great staff.

Cons:

Dark smudges on walls in two areas. Difficult to remove - but managed it myself.

Pros:

The room was cool, quiet, and clean. Shower was hot. I slept well. Coffee was available in the lobby when I woke (6am to 9am). A good way to begin the day. Great location, too.

I was really disappointed and can't get over the fact that I feel like I got scammed

The ac worked well...That's about it. Even though it was all busted up.

Cons:

I would actually like a refund. The pictures online were totally deceiving. The room was in pretty bad shape from the paint on the walls to being just straight up dirty. Also the refrigerator was right in front of the sink. This was such a scam and waste of money! I could have found myself a WAY more decent room for that price. Like ai said the pictures are like false advertisement.
