Very nice hotel in Arraba
Pros:

Good selection for breakfast, including fruits.
Dinners were excellent, we especially liked the local cuisine evening.

Cons:

Food out of buffet (fried eggs, …) for breakfast are charged. Drinks prices are very high.

Pros:

buona colazione, buona posizione, staff molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza ulteriore tipo parcheggio, informazioni. ci siamo trovati bene.

Cons:

in realtà non ci sono stati aspetti negativi. Abbiamo preso una offerta con mezza pensione. a questo riguardo devo dire che il buffet, pane e dolci sono stati all altezza di un 4 stelle, mentre migliorerei la qualità delle portate in menu.

Piacevole ritorno nelle Dolomiti
Pros:

Bellissimo hotei, curato nell'arredo e nei dettagli, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro, gli impianti e i passi dolomitici. Cibo di qualità e pulizia ottima sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Consigliato!

Cons:

La piscina è troppo piccola per la dimensione dell'hotel; non ho potuto usufruirne perchè affollata.

Das Hotel ist Spitze und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder 👌👏👌
Pros:

- Die Dame am Empfang und ALLE Mitarbeiter im Service waren äußerst freundlich und bemüht
- Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl
- Der Wellnessbereich inkl. der kostenlosen Bademäntel, Flip-Flops und Handtücher war sehr schön. Auch die kostenlosen Fruchtsaft-Getränke im SPA-Bereich waren sehr gut
- Die Speisen am Abend im Rahmen der Halbpension aber auch die stilvolle Atmosphäre mit den top gekleideten Service-Mitarbeitern waren absolut Spitze. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom variantenreichen Mehlspeisenbuffet und der Eisauswahl
- Einfach ein wunderschönes Hotel 👏👏

Cons:

- Leider hatten wir - trotz schriftlichem Ersuchen bei der Buchung - ein Zimmer zum Fluss hin, welcher sehr laut war. Somit konnte man kein Fenster offen lassen (es gab auch keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern)

Zum Frühstück:

- 1 Stück Spiegelei beim Frühstück kostet € 3,- und ist im Hotelpreis nicht inkludiert. Auch die Auswahl an dunklen Brötchen war sehr bescheiden. Es gab weiters weder Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken oder sonstiges Gemüse, leider auch keine Würstchen.

In diesem Hotel „passt“ bis auf das Frühstück wirklich alles perfekt, dieses Frühstücksangebot ist für ein 4-Sterne Hotel jedoch enttäuschend, weshalb wir nur 9 anstatt 10 Punkten vergeben können
